i am a nigerian currently studying in finland. i want to go and study practical nursing in canada next yr sept 2012. pls i need anyone here to refer me to any school or college that offer the programme at a reasonable prices and also, is it possible i apply for my resident permit from here or i must go back to nigeria to apply ?
