Spain visa fees remain same. You all should also consider these other places, everytime france france.
Spain visa process is also very seamless and straightforward.
You just need use their website to gather info needed

For months, I and Kel have engaged many aspiring applicants here guiding them through the process for applying for visas, there was not a time we requested for a reward from anyone, that is on record. Please take note sir, as No one works for DHA or Evisa Department here, we are just helping others based on our travel experiences and exposures to visa applications.
Again, You are not the first person to be refused a South African Visa, Many here have been refused, over the same issue, they re-applied and got the visa. You must understand that the process is not automatic and please, do not expect me to support you on this. I also informed you that i have also been refused a visa in the past, i felt very bad just like you are now, but i managed my disappointment, prepared myself better and i reapplied. My visa was approved subsequently. I did also acknowledge that SA has a very lackadaisical and non challant attitude towards applications. The South African Visa system is not 100% perfect Oh yes!
antobogdan:
@hunee. Oh please, stop with the nonsense.
They have "quotas"? So you admit they take the money from the applicants and give decisions arbitrarily, regardless if the conditions are met or not?
And you dare to defend them and call me "unprofessional/unethical" for exposing these fraudsters?
Come on, have some decency, or do you work for them? smiley
Please do not mislead people, this EVISA system is anomalous, it is a bad joke. It is better to be avoided all the time.
The employees that revise these applications are either incompetent or plain bad-intentioned.
I have heard that for some countries there is no tax, well in that case it may be worth applying, but only if one has many months before the actual trip, and do not put any hope in their fairness. Anyway they approve/reject them on totally arbitrary basis., just like at the lottery. So, if one wants to test their luck, they can apply.
For the ones that are required to pay the visa fee, pay with Wise and if the rejection is absurd, first contact DHA, and then file for a chargeback with Wise. My chargeback case was approved in under a day, but of course i sent them a 45 page pdf proving that i met all the conditions, they absurdly rejected and even had an unprofessional attitude.

As for me, i clearly said i do not apply again ever to this stupid eVisa system. I have two options: either apply at the nearest consulate, or just cancel the tickets. IT seems luck is on my side, because i have received recently a schedule change from the airline and i can get a full refund. Maybe that is the best idea. And i will choose another country that respects its visitors. These idiots from SA behave like they do the visitors a favor by granting them a VISA. When the visitors just come to spend their money in that failed country with a rate of criminality among the highest in the world, you have to "watch your back" every moment...Isn't it ridiculous? A joke of a country where people live in average just 50 years...
Anyway, i just wanted to visit Cape Town for only 7 days, and in the winter...it was not even the best time, so i can simply cancel the tickets and go to beautiful Namibia instead, a country that is much more safe and you are not treated like a piece of dirt from the street by the retarded coruupt authorities like in SA. And visa is on arrival.
Well, i do not want to get too long, but, beware, these guys from eVisa department are totally unprofessional, do not apply there for eVisa, just go to consulate or VFS.

The earlier you understand that visa approvals is not automatic because you have a valid US and Australia visa, the better for you.

Do have a great day and no further responses from me on this. You can still re apply, hopefully your visa get approved.

Regards

@hunee. What's the process, stop supporting what's not right
The process is that when you get rejected a visa, you re apply.
I had rejections, I was disgruntled, unhappy with the process but later I realized and understood that I have no option but to re apply.

Understand that embassy's and consulates also have a quota for visa approvals.

I say to you sir and ma. Oluaye , you know I like constructive engagement. I am also very objective and factual.
I say to you. No visa officer is under any applicant mandate to give them automatic approval.
It is better you understand this process and re apply with a convincing appeal and hopefully you get an approval.
There's no point tearing down the building.
South Africa 🇿🇦 get their own for body, I acknowledged that above.
Travel / Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by hunee: 10:09am On Mar 02
Bros, Patience is key and clear understanding. First, I reiterate again, no visa officer is under the mandate to grant visa to an applicant. If your visa was approved, we prolly will not be hearing this. Re apply , I advise. I had similar thing in the past. I take disappointment and re inforce for another re application. I do not understand why you are so furious over a visa refusal. It is important you learn to handle rejections Sir.
antobogdan:
@hunee :Sorry, i do not agree with anything you said!!
1. Very unprofessional and unethical is only what that DHA employee wrote to me.
2. No, a normal/civilized/developed country has a clear procedure to grant/reject visas and follows it to the letter. Especially when they take your money in the form of the fee. They don;t just reject/approve them on an arbitrary basis like South Africa does.

So, please, do not come with things like this, i am not at the first visa application. I obtained the United States Visa just in a couple of minutes(they didn;t even asked for any bank statement, and it is for 10 years!!). I obtained an Australia Evisa in a matter of days. But these are developed states not failed states like SA!!!

3. Reapply on their absurd evisa system? Only if i have no respect for myself and my money for the fee...

I don;t get how someone could support what DHA does. But again, i don't know what country are your form, maybe this is the way of thinking there in Africa, that a country has its right to treat visa applicants like trash...maybe that's why the continent still stays in misery and undevelopment....
And yes, i will publish that print screen everywhere, in fact it is already on its way to many travel sites/media etc. So everybody knows that they treat applicants like shit, and to not waste their money and time with that catastrophe evisa system.
Thank you!

And not, i am not mad anymore on the stupid DHA, especially as i have already obtained my tax fee back with a chargeback procedure.
I am only writing this so it is one more case that proves their absurdity.
Again, You have US, Aus , this visa and that, is not an automatic assurance.
Many had schengen,Uk , Canada visas, been to so many countries, and their visas still get rejected. You need to understand the process, so you can handle rejections. It is not always an automatic thing!
You try and you keep trying.

Last ,
Very unprofessional and unethical - Feedback was from the other person not mine. I can not comment over a screenshot, i was not part of the conversation.

Have a great day.
Travel / Re: Spain Schengen Visa by hunee: 9:36am On Mar 02
What is your visa category? Goodmorning, You can send a mail to the embassy for that clarification.
Abbaselder71:
Dear Nairalanders.
I applied for my PCC at the police headquarters in Kano. After the biometric capture, I received my PCC via email later that day. I printed it out and got it authenticated at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Abuja. I wasnt given any hard copy of the PCC. I want to know if the Spanish Consulate in Lagos will accept it that way.

Pick your visa , the man who contracted an agent. Ensure he login in your presence so you can also see the timelines on the portal, until Passport Request. Until then. i reserve my comment.

If your visa was not approved sir, Kindly re-apply. I used to be very disgruntled in the past if such occurred to me, these days i have gone pass that level and i worry less about these kind of things. No embassy or consulate is mandated to grant anyone visa, they are at free-will to approve the visas of applicants.
No one can hold them to ransom. It is their country.
However, we must also acknowledged the lackadaisical attitude of the approving officers occasioned by a number of factors.

To cut this story short, Kindly re apply sir.

Goodevening.

Oga, I saw consulate sharp and clear. you were given a reference number when you applied right? Bls is an arm of the embassy. Just like how vfs and tls works for Uk and European missions

Travel / Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by hunee: 2:41am On Mar 01
I have read many stories here of people buying tickets when visas are yet to be approved. Who do you blame? The ticketing sales person or the customer? It is very unprofessional for a ticket to be sold to a customer without a visa.
Africankel:
1. Do not pay for tickets until a visa is approved. Reservation for him alone will suffice.

2. How old is he? If he's 18 and above, the hotel booking should be done in his name.

3. No need for the property documents. Your cover letter should however be detailed. And properly outlining your sponsorship of the trip.

But everything is upside down in Nigeria and everyone wants to make money. Please await visa response until then, book on Travelbeta and get a dummy.
You jst need a reservation

kel, how far?

Inaccurate. But it is ok if it comes that way, you should physically visit bls on more informations or do so by proxy , since they are not picking calls
Abbaselder71:

No, that is not the case. The company will only send you the authorisation of residence permit. The visa application procedure and the required documents are determined by the embassy/consulate

these conversion of a thing is not usually easy. Let encourage people to always get their visas from their home country before they travel instead of looking for short cuts.
charmingsamson:
Yes, You can convert from student visa to work permit. You don't need to speak Croatia to obtain work permit
All the same, wishing you all luck and note: conversion requires a legal process in the foreign country and alot of paperwork.

Abi, I am wondering why they are asking these questions here

The company that employ you as a researcher will list the needed document for the visa
Employers usually send this information with the rest.

Na wa o ruby. I tot we agreed you calm down on this visa thing for mama. You see now
Ruby56:
Please my mum got attacked by armed robbers in the vehicle on her way back after payment of visa fees. They took all her documents including her international passport. I have already filled in ds160 with the stolen passport number. Please what will I do now? Does it mean the visa fee payment won’t be valid again as the passport is stolen?😭😭😭😭
First, you need get a new passport, and that is usually processed from Abuja(for lost , stolen cases)
You need
1. Affidavit
2. Police report
3. Valid id
4. fresh application for lost passport.
Please contact an immigration officer to handle this, focus on getting a new passport first, others will follow suit.

If it is a business visa, 2-3 weeks

You shouldn’t have paid for ticket when you’re yet to get a visa approval. SA take btw two to three months to these days to process visa. I was very fortunate to get an approval on the 15th January 2024 while I applied on the 4th of Dec 2023. That is far beyond one month.

Hey 🤠

I don't have any multiple username because that's the only karaoke of all of you in order to perpetrate your conspiracy and call out @justwise to block me.

@justwise himself or any other competent person on Nairaland IT knows that this is the only account i login. Understanding of English usage or grammar is your problem... When you say multiple username then you mean i can login to 5 accounts at the same time . Ask @justwise when did those accounts login last . They have been banned or locked as a result of your conspiracies, Therefore , THIS IS MY ONLY ACCOUNT.

1. For having a US visa or having been to the US before i will not reply you on that . Your minds should keep beating all of you , i don't have to flex any unnecessary travel histories with anyone of you .

2. Besides , having been to US or travel all over the world is not a qualification for you to know about travel or visa processing procedures . If you have traveled on B1/B2 before that does not make you an expert in K1 of F1 visa . Most of you are quick to brag about travel histories and to me an empty barrel make the most noise .

3. My first F1 visa to the US was gotten via Cabrillo College , and I currently have a valid B1 visa and not to even talk about my blood relatives who re US residents .

4. Call out anyone on Nairaland who i have personally done physical mock interview for . I am challenging you on that . I don't have any group, i don't have any whatsap or whatever online platforms . Your fears is that you are always dejected anytime i respond to a question which most of you must have gambled on.

5. I will keep using the style of @Newboykhashoggi to post or respond to questions , i have the brain or the wisdom to change writing pattern but am not gonna do that. ***. I am only using Nairaland as a recreational activity.

Best Wishes 🙏

** @justwise , please announce it on Nairaland if there is anyone who have join any group i created or if there is anyone i have done mock interview for . If you see 2 people who can confirm with open evidence please ban me.
