I was actually prepared for a refusal as I was already discussing getting a new admission, because the previous agent I used for the admission got me a program (College Diploma) lower than my current qualification, which was a red flag, and also a course not related to Law ( Business & Sales). I saw some persons comments appreciating @frankrobn for his assistance, so I contacted him amongst other agents I contacted from here, but he gave me the response I needed, & his professionalism showed in the outcome of my application. @frankrobn wrote a compelling SOP that even me a Lawyer was astonished, I only needed to add a little touch. Go to Flywire. Fill in the amount you want to pay then fill in your details. You will see the first option pay with card ignore. Make sure you scroll down till you see pay with Form A through transfer. Click on it, the details you need will appear.

Please I need help I'm trying to fill form A for conestoga college tuition payment but I can't seem to find the account details anywhere please anyone that has made payments to conestoga college please help me if you have the account number and bank details thank you. Not acceptance fees (tuition fees).

It is very possible to register a business with a foreigner In Nigeria.
You can register it as a Limited Liability Company or a Limited Liability partnership depending on the type of business.

Order of maintenance and custody of children are interlocutory orders (orders made at the initials stages of the trial) In Matrimonial cases for the purpose of an appeal. (I. e if a party is not happy with the order he/she can appeal to a higher court).

This is because although such orders may appear final, they are subject to subsequent revision, suspension or modifications by the court.

NB: by the provisions of Section 71(3) of the Matrimonial Causes Act, A Court can grant custody of a child to even a person that is not a party to the marriage because the interest of the child is the paramount concern of the court In a dispute Over custody of a child.

It happened that my wife visited her mother,because she lost her father recently.
So along the way they have some misunderstanding with the next neighbor in the next flat,which resulted in some fracas.
This next neighbor which is a middle age man went to bring his brother to confront my mother in law and threatening to beat them up and nothing will happen.
He went ahead to bring out weapon to inflict injury on them,if not for the help of people in the street,this man is ready to unleash terror on them.
So I got a call from my wife that their life is at risk that I should come down there.
When I got there I saw the sign of damages everywhere.
Please I need the suggestion of the house on how to take legal action against this man and his brother for
threatening of life and property.

Just go to the Police station nearest to the place where the incident happened and make a report. Ask to see the dpo of the station. Let him know that the Life of your family is In imminent danger.
They will take it up from there.

You are a girl, and obviously you have never been raped.
If she had come out and the man was not famous you would not have heard about it.

My legal advice to you is to discuss it with the Landlord.
Meter should be provided by the Landlord because it is undertood that when you leave, the Meter remains on the property.

He should be the one that should provide it for you, if he cant at the moment all the tenants can agree to buy it provided There's an Agreement that it will be deducted from the rent. That Agreement should be In writing. A Simple piece of paper will suffice.

Another option is to buy a single face Meter so each tenant has his/her own Meter so when you are leaving, you can leave with it because you paid for it with your money.
Make him understand that of you are paying for a Meter you are taking it with you when ypu leave.
