Travel / Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by iamtoby: 10:06pm On Feb 22, 2020
Good evening, my people.

I am writing to seek guidance on the Canadian Visa Application. My wife and I plan to spend our annual vacation in Canada this summer.

Wondering what application method is better - Paper or Online. Kindly let me know the Pros and Cons of each method.

Your feedback will be most appreciated. Many thanks for your kind assistance.

Not my fault o, i sent a mail to oa@nigeriaimmigration.gov ng, i got an automatic email GOOD DAY, YOUR APPLICATION IS ACKNOWLEDGED,HOWEVER YOU ARE KINDLY ADVISED TO FORWARD YOUR APPLICATION FOR VISA ON ARRIVAL TO THE WEB BASE THROUGH THE LINK BELOW. So i went to the link filled the form(mind you it's only business visa they have there, part of the th8ngs to upload includes letter of introduction, letter of invitation etc, i only just uploaded my LO's passport, mine, DH, and LO's BC). They also stated on the site that cash won't be accepted one has to pay online, trust me, it's very vague I don't know hat to do. I don't know if anyone has used this new method

Hi: How did you eventually process the visa on arrival for your baby? Please i need your assistance on this. Thanks for your anticipated assistance.

I tried applying for Visa on Arrival for my LO on Monday. Sent the application letter + supporting documents to oa@nigeriaimmigration.gov.ng and have since not gotten any response. Can someone kindly confirm if visa on arrival is no longer processed via email? What are the steps for applying for emergency travel certificate (etc)? It seems that will be the best way out. Anyone who has successfully processed emergency travel certificate should please help. I appreciate any valuable feedback as we are due to travel early next week. Thank you

Career / Re: Share How Your Ex-boses Responded To Your Resignation by iamtoby: 7:04pm On Apr 02, 2015
My head of department was very understanding when I intimated him with my decision to tender my resignation some weeks ago. It took me a lot of time before I decided to quit the job as I had just emerged “Outstanding Employee of The Year,” barely four years after joining the company. I was runner-up in the previous year (2013).

It was quite difficult to say I was moving on. I had barely a week to join my new employers. But I needed a job that would give me more time to spend with my immediate family and concentrate more on my Graduate studies. The new offer apart from being less stressful and mouth watering would also give me the requisite international exposure for my overall personal development.

But the Management of the company was furious, although the feelings were not personally expressed to me. As I speak to you, all the rights and privileges accorded to an “Outstanding Employee of The Year” for the out-gone year 2014 has not been extended to him.
I have since moved on

Hi all. I am a journalist with The PUNCH. I caught up with this thread and I am motivated to fight the cause of those who feel they were unjustifiably marked down and made to fail the Bar exams. affected persons should send me a text message on 08037824687, so that we can have the conversation offline. Respondents' identities would be protected if so desired.
