It can be corrected when you want to renew it after expiring, but you will need to do affidavit and police report for mistake in vehicle colour to effect the change, i will advise you probably do it now and hold it along, incase you are queried for it, just tender the affidavit until it has been corrected

"You may recall that the Board at its 155th meeting which held from 1st to 3rd July 2024 approved the revİsed rates for Number Plates and Driver's License as proposed by the Appraisal and Technical Committee based on the recommendation of the Federal Roæd Safety Corps (FRSc)."

This means from November 1st 2024, the cost of getting driver's license either renewal or fresh and procurement of number plate will be increased nationwide.

If you are in Abuja, You are lucky... Just google the HQ adddress, they do fast service there officially, it might be a little bit expensive

The enforcement has been suspended till further notice so don't allow any officer to harass you because of E-cmr

I don't know why people are still reaching out to me concerning E-cmr despite the suspension of the enforcement exercise by the police... This means no police officer on the road can querry you for not having it. So no need to bother yourself on applying for it. Most of the people calling are inter state travelers especially to those Eastern part of the country they are usually harras by the police, If any officer stop you henceforth for E-cmr I will attach a screenshot where their Bosses suspended the enforcement

The benefit of the third party insurance is to cater for the repair of the damage u caused another road user vehicle, whenever such happens make sure yiu take pictures and get evidence the accident actually happens you know Nigerians are ery tricky, whatever u spent in repairing the other person car will be refunded to you, Many people don't believe they can't claim it which is not true but it might take a little bit time
