Mcslize:

Just assess your qualifications if you don't have any related work experience of your profession. Assess as Electronics Engineer with EA and apply for Western Australia visa 491.

Your profession falls under WASMOL schedule 2 which is a plus for you as you don't require work experience.

This is a golden opportunity for those that don't have work experience. It's a nice Visa and you will get it faster as they need more people in the regional areas.

You are not restricted to one regional area and you have the freedom to move to another regional area aside the state that you applied for, which is awesome!

Western Australia is the only state that is so lenient with their work experience Requirements. So, hit the ground running.

Go on and prepare for your English test and proceed to your assessment.

We are on this together.

Boss Good day

Please I have Civil Engineering Degree, graduated 2015. that like 8 years.

Either of you can be the primary applicant.

Your spouse will assess as a university lecturer but for you, you have to check the occupation list.

Visit www.anzscosearch.com
You may need to register on the website to view the details below
Desktop:
1. Select ‘Lists’ at the top of the webpage.
2. Click 'Skilled Occupation List'
3. You will see about 500 occupations on the list.
4. Keep scrolling till you find occupation(s) that align to what you do.
5. Click the 6 digits ‘ANZSCO' code on the left. It will load the full page
6. Select 'ANZSCO' and scroll to tasks.
7. Check if the tasks relate to what you do.

Mobile
Click the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines)
Select 'Lists' > 'Lists 2022-23' > Skilled Occupation List
Follow steps 3-7 above.

Revert here with the occupations and Anzsco code

I am asking for a friend please

A post by a fellow group member made me raise my query as well. I am a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) graduate. I had pursued a 5 year integrated course after 12th. I got my degree evaluated from WES and received a dual bachelors degree (4 years) as my ECA report. I am retaining the services of a consultant to pursue my PR process. My consultant when creating my EE profile mentioned my qualification as Masters/Professional degree. Upon asking them they gave the same reason that since LLB is a licensed profession so they will mention the same on my EE profile.
I received my ITA on 1st May, 2019 and AOR on 26th June, 2019. My medicals got passed today on 26th July, 2019. I am supposed to submit my Biometrics on 2nd August, 2019.
Now since WES says dual bachelors degree and my EE profile mentions professional degree, will there be any consequences as regards the same? Can I take any amendment or retractive steps or let things go as they are..??

Any insightful suggestions will be highly appreciated.
TIA

You should play with this: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp. Evaluate with LRWS of 8 7 7 7 for the principal applicant and maybe 6 6 6 6 for the partner (see who has a better chance).
.

Please this site is not show space where you can put your spouse details, did anyone noticed? or it my browser

It’s great to be here. I have been a silent reader since Part 5 . Coming out to the light! Still gathering documents against entering the pool. Transcript from Law school has been a headache for over 1 month now to send to WES. Hence, my status has been on hold since February. Thankfully i am also using IQAS and so far there is hope for my ECA report in April/May. CRS is at 449 with IQAS evaluation on my side (as a professional degree). IELTS was done since Dec 2018 with LRSW 8.5,8.5,7,7. I have and still learning a whole lot from everyone here. Congratulations to all PPR clinchers. We are all hopeful.

Please can you put me through how you did you ECA for LLB and BL.
Is It either wes or IQAS will i use only or both. Please explain
