Things like this are highly personalized that no one can really predict the outcome except a VO OR an insider. Its always 50/50. If he ready to be a student then he can apply and has to take however the outcome swings

When he was filling the form he came across a session asking if he has ever breached Uk immigration , he is not sure if that question is been asked in regards to within the 10 years because for his visiting he always answers no because they ask if in the last 10yrs

Hello house, please I have a friend In 2005 used a 6month visa to travel to the Uk and sent his passport back it was stamped in Nigeria like he came back and did a two year renewal which he got after came back tired applying for a student visa from here Nigeria but they found out the previous stamp was faked and cancelled his two year visa and refused his student application he wasn’t sure he got a ban , In the last 5 years he has gotten 3 Uk visiting visa and traveled to other country but now he wants to apply for masters program in the Uk but his worried this would hinder his chances as he can’t even remember the details of his case refusal nor the passport number since it’s been over 14years

Passport collected today & Visa granted


Timeline:
Visa type- standrd visit visa
Biometrics- 06 - 10 - 2020.
Collection Mail came in this morning - 28 -10- 2020
Picked up today also for

Wow , I knew there was something fishy about the guy!

Same question I asked why are you using a personal account and he gave some BS story of how getting funds out of the corporate account takes a week and I asked him which bank they have their account and he mentioned it, unknown to him I’m a banker only to check the account doesn’t exist! I just laugh that this guy is a joker!

If you're traveling to the UK for less than 14 days, you will have to self-isolate for the whole of your stay.
So you will have to plan a 22 day trip in your case. Remember you will have to justify that length of time as always (work commitments, possible leave duration, accommodation costs, etc.)

Both have thesame isssue ...got my UK visa but couldn't travel too due to covid19.booked my flight alredy before it was caunclled by the airline due to covid19..but thinking of reapplying too...

That’s the only option now , but the filling the number of of that part is the ish because of the required 14 days quarantine mentioned

My 6 months tourist visa expired because of COVID-19 couldn’t use it , so I’m reapplying again this month to travel for December
In filling the section for how many days I would be spending in the Uk , do I need to add the additional 14 days quarantine to the 8days I was meant to spend?

Hello everyone, I submitted my medical visa application since Tuesday priority service and till now no feedback or update on their tracking site , it’s still saying applications is with the dmc . Please has anyone experience delay in using their priority service .
