Company needs to provide you with a letter of scholarship stating clearly what it covers and how they would meet that obligation to you. This requires that the company provide a bank statement showing they have enough funds unencumbered (that is not tied to other use aside what it is meant for) and available for your school fees and maintenance. They may be required to make a deposit with the university and provide that proof.

You cannot use your company's account whichever category it falls under.
Its either they transfer to you (Local Companies - that have presence in one country) or they give a sponsorship letter (International - have presence in more than one country).

sorry bro. It is always frustrating. I also faced same challenge with my legal guardian but it wasn't easy convincing her about this 28 days count. I went through hectic and tough time of getting court order for legal guardianship document but all was nullified as I was able to get assistance from a nairalander.
