It is very possible that your passport is with DHL already. Probably by human error, you haven't just been notified by mail.

You need to appeal to the DHL staff to check irrespective of whether you have gotten a mail or not. Or may you would just tell them when they ask that you got a mail ni

I actually know someone who didn't get a mail but his passport was at DHL, he begged them to check oh

Speaking with embassy doesn't really help cos they have no information to give.

Sent mails but no response yet

At this point all we can do is wait it out

Hopefully the mails should trigger some action on our docs

@pepes I went today to DHL and they said it was not there yet which is 2 days after issuance date.

How are we all doing? I am just curious, has IRCC abandoned those of us who applied late 2019 and have confirmed that our applications have been approved (via gcms notes) �‍♀️

I see people who started their process last year and it was concluded last year and they are in Canada now oh and I'm just wondering have the rest of us being forgotten?

Been trying to call them. Have sent several webforms and mails, they just keep saying they have received the documents.
