Location of the prospective employer. Please must all the documents (work permit, guarantee letter, accommodation letter, work contract) be in Polish?

More often than not all documents must be in Polish. Bydgoczsz is one city in my opinion that has highest black population. But you can't secure a correct job there. And the cops there dey para. Make I no talk say dem worse pass 9ja police. But 9ja boiz yapa and d clubs there dey rock. But it's rugged compared to other Polish towns .

My opinion though

There is no job guarantee as I was told. Anything can be gotten. To get a skilled Job is difficult.. I think someone I read here was a Nigerian Doctor who went there and got a Job as an Ambulance driver. So no chance of choosing one. Once person i know got picking mushrooms another got dispatch rider, some meet choppers, some scavengers etc.. so just none skilled jobs.
Any job you get just move over. With time you can switch to much better job. But let me be frank not so easy to move cos Philippinos, Indians etc full here dey scavenge also and they have d right contacts. But we are lucky esp as our first language is English. So with right qualifications you will get something better. Most companies are moving thier hubs to Poland...so white collar jobs with international connect plenty

I'm really getting tired of the whole process. I've been writing emails all day to many agents and hiring companies themselves.

Non has replied.

The only reply i get is when the message bounce back as a result of non existence email address.

My God, I'm really tired.

If no one can recommend any agent to me then leave it. Everyone will not leave Nigeria

Don't get tired. Maybe you are just been protected from scam. Keep checking and from those you get no rush. One will deliver. By tomorrow wearing of masks in Public places will end in Poland. Most public places gyms, pubs, offices etc will open by month end so I guess govt work will be faster and processing of work permit will pick faster. All d best

I understand your concerns.
Concerning the permit, it should come out well.

Pertaining the bank balance, I hope you are working and earning salary at the moment, you can borrow cooperative money to top-up your account to 600k or more. You can also borrow from friends and relatives and return to them after your visa grant.

Everything should work out fine.

Exactly. But not to just keep the 600k for your account for 6 months .. na to do in and out. Debit and credit.. it can even b d same money. By the time u submit for consulate e go b busy acct...and should work favorably

Thank you all for your contributions.

I finally made the application o. The agent said minimum of 2 months. Please does anyone know why I have to wait for 2 months Asin the way its doing me, I don't know if I wont develop hypertension before 2 months oo.. also, they said the seasonal work permits was stopped for africans last week Friday, so I have to apply the 1 year work one.. which usually has less visa chances.. so thats another worry for me :/ I have sha done it..
Also, please what were the stuffs u prepared while waiting for the work permit? I want to start looking for them.. .. please assist ya sister oo
To apply for one year is way better. And I don't believe the seasonal work permit has better chances of visa. With the way Nigerians are trouping into Poland, the longer an offer you have, better for you. And in one year, you will be better established to make a move to a better job and location

The requirement of credit card limit is for students. You need a minimum of 600k in your account if you intend to apply for work visa.

When I got my visa last year not sure I had up to 10k balance in my account. I just printed 6 months statement from my fidelity app. But was because I was moving to a while collar job. Same company I worked with in 9ja. So it is not a factor of how much you have in your account. And also the lady at the consulate is just to collect the required documents. Any questions she asks na just routine. Your visa decision is based on documents submitted as they will verify and check with the company who requested the work permit.

Firstly:- Get a trusted agent in Poland, they will get a job for you you pay them, they help you out the documents. That’s takes like 3months although mine is going to 4month plus.
When the document finally arrive, you are 50% ready and you book an appointment, you go to Abuja with all the necessary documents. Then pray for luck.
Work permit is taking longer than usual now due to covid. Most government offices are not open. However, they are easing lockdown drastically and hoping things will get better and faster in coming weeks and months. So back to 2 to 3 months for work permit depending on the voivodeship.

Good morning everyone, I think most people asking me some questions and mailing me are just coming in new.

The day I submitted I dropped all the details here. That's why I'm tagging it again.

Please those with questions should drop them here. I wish Nairaland has an app that gives notifications, I'll love it, cos I'm always busy and I'm hustling to finish some things before I leave, cos I won't be here till 31st.

Now for people asking about my agent, my brothers please, try and read this thread from beginning. You'll get enough info. I said earlier that my agent I used is expensive, I discourages you guys not to use him, he's expensive. Remember, it wasn't my agent that made me get Visa, it was the documents and the amazing help I got here. One time a member named Idabankanta explained a lot of things regarding permit, he even posted his own permit.

PERMIT lS: Some lasts for a year, some last for 3years mine was 1 year. There's one called seasonal work permit, check Idabankanta post, he explained cos me no sabi how it works.

My salary 280k,some get permit of 320k, 450k per month, my work na Warehouseman (Packaging of goods) the city na SiedIce.

If anyone following me will understand, that the bolded is not what I mentioned earlier, yes it's what the agent told me. But now the bolded is my actual information stated on my permit.

Accomodation free.

For the person wanting to see me for PH, Baba I no gree oo. Make them no kidnapp me, I no get shishi for ransom (just joking).

Please, try and take your time and read this thread from beginning, you'll gain alot.

I'll try my best to answer you guys as soon as I can. God bless.

No dey quote your salary in naira. Cos once you get here you will not pay in naira. Quote reality on ground which is pln. Like if you say salary in naira now u will plan like 1k to cut your hair in a month when na like 8k in reality considering 80pln. A meal in kfc is about 30pln... Which is like 3k.
In all sincerity the pay in Poland is not much...But it is a far better place to live than in 9ja. You can plan, you can grow... And you will succeed.

This dude is very shameless. Chasing shadows is his hobby now. Dont know if he still lives in festac, because if he does, he should cover his face in shame. All the roads in festac are in a very deplorable state. Yet his hobby is to go out and arrest beer parlours that stay beyond 10pm. Now arresting orange sellers and locking up shops is his new past time. If this dude is not sactioned by Fashola and his party, he'll be doing ACN a huge disservice.
