Yh it seems so...also, they've debited my account for accommodation but its not yet successful

same thing here, mine was even debated twice cos it loved me out on the first attempt to pay for accommodation, and i didn't receive alert so i decided to try again same thing happened again, and after about 20 minutes i received two debit alert,meaning i paid twice, and checking the portal again nor, its telling me to re-query..

I don't know what to do that will make them re fund one of the payments back... Though it has displayed my room details

To solve the ish of payment sturf. Click the requery button. It should fix itsef. If it doesnt. Just be patient. The prob might have been from ur bank. And futmx might not have received the payment. I would say u wait 48-72hours. If its truely bank. The money will be returned within that time. If na schl. Hmmmm *clears throat*. Well be patient sha. And also check ur real balance frm an atm. Alert could be deceiving smtimes

the most annoying thing is that it's still telling me to pay, meaning av not paid at all

Gyes pls i tried paying for accommodation twice but nothing is happening and my account is being debated two times... Meaning they removed d money two times
and its still tellin me to pay again

Av uploaded my documents and av been cleared, but on checking the registration portal again to pay school fee, i saw that it's still indicating pending,pls is t that we can't pay the school fee or accommodation fee for now?
