Investment / How To Know A Good Multilevel (network) Marketing Company by Idyrich: 4:04pm On Sep 10, 2017 |
Do you get countless numbers of invitations to join one network marketing company or the other? Are you interested in Network marketing but don't want to make any mistakes. You want to know the right one? The read on. There are four questions you need to ask anyone who attempts to introduce Network Marketing to you. If you are not satisfied with all four answers, please do not join. 1. Tell me about the company? How old is the company? Has it passed the teething stage (Usually about 5-10 years)? Does it have other subsidiaries besides network marketing? Where is the company located? Is it registered into the country of origin for network marketing? If its a product network marketing company, are the products sold in the company of origin? Is this company only in Nigeria or we have it in at least 5 countries in every continent? Don't just take the answers given. Also do your own research. 2. Tell me about the product/services offered? Are these products of services easily accessible? Does the company have a range of products or services for all cadres of people? Or is the product and service limited to a group of people? Remember it is a network Marketing company so the wider the reach of the products and services offered, the better. 3. Tell me about the compensation plan? Is the marketing plan sustainable? Or is it a get rich quick plan? Do I have to make compulsory purchases even when I don't need the items? Am I going to be allowed to choose my products or services or I'll be stuck with what I don't need? Will I be turned into a hawker? Will I have gave excessive targets and pressures that I'm unable to deal with? What happens if I don't meet any target? Will my points get flushed? What happens if I opt out? Or take a break? Are they actually fulfilling their promise on the promised incentives? 4. Tell me about the entrepreneurial team. This is partly a function of the compensation plan. Most compensation plans don't require teamwork so as soon as the person registers you, they move to the next and leave you on your own. Join a company that has vibrant teams that support one another to grow. I am happy to elaborate more on this if you are confused at any point. A little about my experience... I joined network marketing in 2014 after being approached for the last 15-20 years by different people to join different MLM companies. I've always said no for the various reasons but I'll point out these: 1. The people who are introducing the products to who appear to be hawkers and desperate! They have several targets and pressures and they hardly sleep. It looked so tedious and I preferred not to bother. 2. The compensation plan was never realistic. The percentage payout was simply too much. It was practically unsustainable. Its always about robbing Peter to pay all before the company crashes. 3. They promise a lot of incentives but no one around you ever got those incentives. Instead they were parading pictures of selected leaders who got in first! But something finally convinced me to partner with one and I have no regrets. I'm enjoying every bit of it and I thank God for bring this company my way. I am gradually building a team of active millionaires who support and partner with each other to learn skills that we apply even outside the network marketing field. For some, it might take a year to get there while for others, it might take 3-5 years but we are still on course. We take a break and return to continue from where we stopped without any hitches. I spend a lot of time on research and I can proudly say Network marketing is a good way to generate multiple streams of passive income but you need to identify with the right one. If you will like to know more then drop your email or phone number and I'll contact you. You can also ask your questions here and I'd be more than happy to respond. #chooseright #networkmarketing #leaveyourcomfortzone #entrepreneurship |

Tellemall: Please don't say networking is not an option. It is if you join a good one. I have always said that any company I join must be one that will make me work for my money. If it looks like a get rich quick scheme, I will run because it is not sustainable! |

Idyrich: There is nothing as good as using natural products. There are different varieties of vitamin C but since I discovered the Longrich vitamin C and mouth freshener, I have said good bye to sore throat and cough. I had this itchy throat on Thursday which is usually followed by sore throat and cough and then cataarh. I immediately took the vitamic C and sprayed the mouth freshener into my throat and that is how the itchy throat disappeared. I cannot imagine I skipped the sore throat and cough phase right to the cataarh phase. Longrich truly rocks. |

Abiagirl777: I understand what you mean. But I will always err on the side of caution. Doing what pleases you but not right could have severe consequences. Unless you are willing to deal with that then you can go ahead but I take everything I hear about safety with a pinch of salt, then I do my research and decide. |

WHY I PREFER STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE TO CONVENTIONAL NON-STICK COOKWARE Most of us have gotten used to aluminium pots because they are affordable. If you are like me, then you will rather by non-stick pots and pans than the sticky ones. Key advantages of non-stick cookware include less fat and easy clean-up. Most non-stick pots are anodized. Anodization can be done in two ways. The most common way is to coat the pots with a black substance (commonly known as polytetrafluorethylene, PTFE) to prevent the surface of the pot from sticking to anything. PTFE is made from a synthetic chemical which is toxic when consumed. The other way (the traditional way) is to increase the oxide layer of aluminium surface, thereby reducing the chances of aluminium leaking into the food especially at high temperatures. This explains why traditional aluminium pots were heavier. Both methods of anodization is aimed at preventing excess aluminium getting into the food because it is toxic, can acidify foods and is linked to alzheimer’s diseas and other degenerative diseases. Now here is my problem: 1. Today’s aluminium pots are not anodized. Meaning we are likely to consume a lot of aluminium per year. 2. This can be avoided by using aluminium pots coated with the black PTFE materials. The problem is that this surface can easily flake, giving us double exposure to the aluminium and the toxic black coating. 3. If you are fortunate like me and have domestic servants who are bent on doing the opposite of what you told them, then be prepared to have the anodized coating of your pots scraped off every day. I have changed my spoons to wooden and plastic spoons and I don’t have any iron sponge in my house but they still find a way to scratch the pots. 4. Please note that once your anodized pot has the smallest wound, it will start sticking to foods and that is when you should change the pot. But most of us ignore it for years and we complain of repeated illnesses caused by acidic foods. For these reasons, I decided to invest in one stainless steel pot in 2013. I found it hard to convince my husband to get one but I am happy I did. I noticed stainless steel pots are naturally non-stick. And even if my domestic servants decide to find a way to scratch my pots, there is no potential harm. I have bought 3 additional stainless steel ever since and I am at peace. I bought the Longrich ones that have additional features of keeping your food fresh, harmonizing the natural energies in your food and maintaining the freshness in your food. I have no regrets. Let us work together to live healthy. Let us work together to practice preventive healthcare, reject toxic substances being dumped on us everyday! We are better than th |

STOP AND THINK! Assuming you walked into Shoprite today, bought some items, paid and headed towards the store exit. Just as you were leaving the manager stopped you and said: "Thank you for shopping with us! Because you have shopped with us today, we will give you a unique I.D number. If you refer anyone to any of our stores anywhere in the world and they purchase anything, we will pay you a referral commission directly into your bank account. It doesn't stop there; If the people you refer also refer others to our stores just like you referred them we will also pay you additional bonus and it will continue till infinity." Here is my question: Would you take him up on that offer? Will you ever shop from any other store? How often will you refer people to Shoprite for their daily household consumables? So basically, you bought ONCE to earn forever just by referring people directly and indirectly? This is basically how Longrich MLM works. Make Longrich your supermarket for daily needs, get your unique I.D code and earn referral commissions till infinity. No hidden clauses, no commas, etc! You can get paid weekly up to six figure depending on the size of your network, qualify for all-expenses paid trips, and change cars yearly. The idea is simple: BRAND SWITCH! Longrich manufactures soap, toothpaste, body cream, body wash, shampoo, mosquito repellent, pads, panty liners, antiperspirant, hand cream, teas, stainless steel pots, vegetable smoothies, decaffeinated coffee, etc. You only need to try one of the products and you will have the Longrich experience! We have several testimonies on Longrich products. From taking care of dental issues to clearing stretch marks, blackheads, period pains, etc. Contact me on 08174814184 for more information. #Longrichrocks. |

bisiofgod: That is a lot of drugs and treatment. Have you tried natural remedies? The amount of medication you have taken can over-acidify your system, thereby weakening your immunity. That means, you can easily get re-infected. I think you should focus on boosting your immunity and using natural remedies. Try alkaline foods too. A friend had a similar case and treated with cordyceps militaris and Fijian cup from Longrich. WhatsApp 08174814184 to find out more. |

Health / Re: Why Did Our Ancestors Live Longer? by Idyrich: 4:18pm On Aug 02, 2017 |
oglalasioux: Please check the last part of my first post. I asked if we could combine modern technology with these traditional technology. Meaning combining what works now with what worked then? I wouldn't describe it as brutal. What is brutal is girls of 25 years dying of cervical cancer. What is brutal is the rate of diabetes, hypertension and even effects of excessive oxidation caused by free radicals. These are all effects of modernization. It can be curbed. We shouldn't throw away the earthen pot yet. We can have it modernized. We can stop drinking acidic water and focus on neutral or alkaline water in a modernized way. That's my point! |
Health / Re: Why Did Our Ancestors Live Longer? by Idyrich: 1:31pm On Aug 02, 2017 |
oglalasioux: I completely disagree. Any pharmaceutical invention today is based on the intuition of our forefathers. Yes they did trial and error and when they get it right. They stood by it. They ate balanced meals and even more nutritive meals compared with what we have today. Yes they drank better water. The spring water was alkaline, full if natural energy and had negative oxygen potential. The clay pot was porous and alkaline too. What we drink today is a far cry from what they drank: overly treated acidic water in poisonous packaging. Yes modernization has helped with infant mortality rate via immunizations but this singe act doesn't mean we should throw away the good parts from our ancestors lifestyle. My suggestion is we pick what worked then and merge with what works now. Don't forget modern diagnostic techniques are also not perfect! I don't even want to go into the effects of irradiation etc. 1 Like 1 Share |

Health / Toilet Infections: Permanent Solution by Idyrich: 1:20pm On Aug 02, 2017 |
I lived in a hostel throughout my time in secondary and tertiary institutions and I must say my worst experience was toilet infections. No matter the position I took (including elevating myself several meters from the toilet bowl), I still caught the infection. I got tired of the canesten cream, insertion pills and oral pills and started seeking for a solution. I found one 4 years ago and I am free. My immunity is no long weak which means I no longer have cough, cattarh, malaria etc. easily. If you didn't know, little infections like this could weaken immunity and lead to serious gynaecological issues in the future. Deal with it now and thank me later. Guess what? This product also helps relieve menstrual cramps! I am happy to share if you want to know. |

Health / Why Did Our Ancestors Live Longer? by Idyrich: 12:34pm On Aug 02, 2017 |
I love modernization but I think we are fast throwing away our tradition and culture and embracing modernization fully. Our ancestors lived healthier and longer than us because: 1. They ate better food 2. They drank better water 3. They used herbal medicine 4. They had less stress 5. They had minimal exposure to toxins 6. They spent a lot of time outside 7. They practised preventive medicine 8. They wore cotton clothing 9. Their daily consumables were natural and organic 10. They loved wholeheartedly Now I ask: can we still do these? Can we at least combine modern technology with these tested and proven healthy living style? |
