I would want to suggest that if God has actually ordained that two will marry, I beleive that with prayers and patience that it will work out at the end. I have seen so many of such cases and at the end they got married.

Prayers and Patience are what the two need.

Relationship is a two way thing not a one way thing, so any body that has money at that particular point in time should provide though it is the man's duty to provide if it is followed biblically
