I did the application myself, I made use of the Lagos Visa office checklist and ticked off all documents I attached. Like I said earlier, sponsorship letter was notorized, tuition payment made in full, CAC docs, SOA for 6 months, tax clearance for 3 yrs bank reference letter showing the accounts operated by d coy with sufficient fund. Employment letter signed and printed on coys letter headed paper. I'm still in wonder what the VO is actually asking for, or is it a crime to have a third party sponsor?
Although it's a pre-assessment note, I'm still going to address it. The application is still in progress so I have hope it'll end in praise.

Great response, but I think payment receipts and all only tackle sufficiency of funds not proof of relationship to sponsor. The candidate will need to explain and document his/her relationship to the sponsor.

Better documentation to proof relationship to sponsor might include the following:
Family Sponsorship - Birth or marriage certificates, pictures, and explanation in SOP/LOE and affidavit or letter of financial support.

Third party sponsorship- evidence of previous support ( e.g. One year Bank statement showing regular transfer from sponsor to applicant to support previous education or travel), pictures with sponsor, plus explanation in SOP/LOE and affidavit of financial support.

These documents do not guarantee a visa. They are just better proof of relationship. Thanks.
Thanks for the advice, will do just that. I appreciate.

3rd party funds, insufficient proof of relationship of 3rd party funds. This is straightforward sir.

Visa officer is trying to ignore evidence on file.

Attach your school receipt, repeat and boldly underline that your sponsor had paid your school fee . Show evidence of living expenses too. Point out your findings on your gcms note.

Title it updated Letter of explanation and tuition receipt.

Send via mail and webform to both nairobi and ircc direct.

Make sure they confirm receipt.
Tuition fee was paid in full and a bank draft for PTA was raised in my name. That's not the issue. I just think they are questioning the obligation of my employer on why he has to sponsor me.
Legacyedition:

Pay your tuition fee sir. This will address the pre-assessment concers.

You have to exercise patience, the first one I applied for was in September, I got it in December too, I waited for the one from Ircc, it didn't come so I applied to CBSA, Ircc note came early December, while the CBSA came this morning. They have plenty of requests pending, so there's no definite timeline to get it.

Please which one is the fastest?
A friend of mine in Canada applied for my notes on the 13th December. Am yet to receive it.

I applied on the 11th of November, I received it this morning. Note that the GCMS note is from CBSA not IRCC.

Good morning!
Please when did you apply for your GCMS notes? I need to know how long it takes for your notes to drop.
Thank you for your swift response.

Hi gurus in the house, please I need you to explain what this means. I submitted my study visa application since 14th of May 2021, have done upfront medicals which has been updated, and awaiting a decision. I am being sponsored by my employer who gave me all d CAC documents, bank letters, SOA, notorized affidavit of sponsorship, a draft cheque in my name. Today I received my Gcms notes from CBSA and this was the pre-assment note from the VO attached. My application is still in progress, but I need to know if there's anything I need to add via we form to counter what was noted.

Do you have your transcript handy? Google list of Dli institutions in Canada, check under the province you need to apply to, you'll find list of colleges with pgwp you can apply to. If you're looking for a college with cheap tuition you can check Newbrunswick Community college and Holland college Prince Edward Island. You can also check Memorial University of Newfoundland. Best of luck.

Most times your file may be lying there unattended, but when you request a Gcms note it helps them go through your file again and in the process they review your application. I have a friend whose application has stayed for 9 months, without any update, he applied for Gcms note and 2 days later he got his BVL and PPR. When his Gcms notes came, he saw he had an earlier approval but didn't get any mails until they saw his Gcms request. So yes it helps your file get attention. Apply for one ASAP.

Hello!
Compliments of the season.

Please I need to be clarified.
Are trying to say that requesting for Gcms notes can prompt the VO handling one's application to hasten in the processing and making of decision on visa application that has passed the normal processing time?
Thanks for your quick response.

You have to order your Gcms notes to know the status of your application. I got mine yesterday and I was able to see why my application was taking too long to process. I submitted my application in May, till date no updates aside my biometrics and upfront medicals. My application has been to China, Vietnam, Hong Kong, London, Kenya offices. Passed through US and AUS vetting too. Since you have not been rejected, it is a positive sign. I pray u'll be lucky to get an approval when they are done. Best of luck. quote author=eleraaa post=108696816]Good day house, please if someone was to get rejected after a medical request will the rejection letter take very long to come? Cause I’ve been waiting since June and still no updates from IRCC. Did my biometrics June, medicals October and nothing till now. Eligibility hasn’t even started. It’s as if my application is on pause. I’m pained.
Like I said, no update on my application yet, eligibility has not started. All Gcms notes requested for over 80days now have not been sent.

The only solution I have for you is to keep disturbing them via email 3times daily.

Has your eligibility review started. So none of the notes applied has been released to you till date?
Hi fam, Please I need your assistance. I applied for study visa since 14th May 2021, biometrics 21st May, did my upfront medicals 26th August. Passed my medicals 8th September. There has been no update on my application since then. I have written to ircc Kenya and their response was that they were still processing my application. I applied for Gcms notes through Ircc on the 29th of September , I didn't get any response till date. I applied again for Gcms notes through CBSA, the 5 weeks waiting time is passed and no response. Can anyone advice me on what to do? I already deferred my admission from September to January with hope I'll hear from ircc, but as it stands I may have to defer again to May 2022 intake. Please help a sister.
