Nayari: My take on the delay of the list is that the list would have nt come b4 d passin out of d naval trainee, which was 14th nov @ onne, cos thats d venue 4 d interview n b4 then d cns started travellin 4 inspection n project comisionin d 1st 1 was frm 12-14 nov @ lagos 2nd 1 was 15th-18th d cns wil b around til his nex movement on 25th nov so I tink this weekend should b d most watch 4 d list, lets keep hope alive.
