UNITED STATES MEDICAL LICENCING EXAMINATION has 3 steps you pass 1 before moving to the next. I told you i will pay for your Step 1, I never said it had only 1 step.
Step 1 is the basics: Anatomy, BCM,Physiology, Pharmacology,Laboratory medicine (Haematology,Histopath, chem path, Microbiology).
It's an 8hrs online exams divided into multiple sections. It cost 850$ currently during my time it was cheaper.
We have step 2 Clinical knowledge, where they test your ability to make diagnosis, etc. it's also written. Same price 850$
We have Step 3 Clinical skills, (possibly the most stressful and expensive stage). It can only be taken in US and only in a few states. Did my in texas. Here they test your skills on clerking a patient, performing physical exams, diagnosis, etc.
Finally, the 3 step. Would have given u a list of the past cutoff percentage during my time. But you can't even pass JAMB let alone a foreign exams.

Back to my quote, try getting into the University 1st before talking about things you know little about: Transferring to Medicine in a tertiary institution is very difficult because of the following reasons:
Most times Medical students make the best CGPA in 100lv, so they won't be anything wowing about your 4.0 to the dean of medicine as vertually most medical student get above that
2ndly, we have the quota system. Yearly thousands of people apply for medicine and the department always mostly admit fully their quota and those who fail out after 100lv are mostly replace by Direct Entry students in 200.
I could go on and on. But why argue with a mere JAMBITE. Who has no respect.

If i were you I would be level headed and study. Transfer to medicine after 200lv is almost impossible in the Nigerian system. Most of those schools you mentioned don't allow Medicine transfer. I know because I went to one. Don't always JUMP into arguments you have lil facts about arming yourself with bedroom gist. I mess you up once, don't let me do it again.

Some schools allow cross over from some departments to medicine eg my school Unizik u can change to medicine wth a very high gp....I heard UI allows d best 10 from BMS to medicine bt I dnt knw abt dat....

We were nt told to write anoda exam.....we write jst one exam nd d total score is over 400 which d best 5 is admitted

One is for medicine nd d other is for medrehab after it was changed.

Stop peddling lies. Medicine admission is strictly on merit there's no way you beat the cutoff mark and won't get admitted. If you doubt me show proof of yours or anyone's once I verify it I would give you 30,000naira. Free money. Just proof me wrong. BTW, Uniport is better(easier).... Unn and Uniben had the highest number of aspirants last year, 12, 000 and 13,000 respectively, that is one hell of a competition. Uniport had only 7,100 and cut off was around 290+(jamb) for merit. I gathered that UNN cut off was between 300 - 311(jamb), but no one was sure. I wasn't interested in Uniben's but it must have been same as UNN considering the competition... #JustSaying

Abt d pple dat got tru jamb its rily unfortunate dat d "I knw somebody" factor played out very well..someone wth 310 didn't gt admission nd u will see lower score lyk 209,232,223 getting medicine.....according to a friend dat scored very low nd actually paid(to d registrar) to b included in d vc list, he met d registrar today nd d man said jamb haven't approved d list cos of many low scores been placed into medicine ,pharmacy etc.

Thanks for ur info....Unizik is relatively fast in terms of academic calendar ,dia teaching is kinda owk tho bt I dunno in terms of dia teaching hospital cos I haven't been dia, I wuld give dem a 6... D issue wth uniport is dat dy are very slow imagine dia freshers haven't resumed and some schools are rounding up dia first semester nd dia fees is kinda expensive for a federal school.

I got 282.. Applied to ABU..am from enugu, C6 in eng, B2 in phy, C4 in Chem and C6 in Bio. But the merit list is still yet to be out.

The long awaited merit admission list of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (NAU) has been released
but not currently posted in its official website.
On Monday, you are free to login into the school portal,
provide the necessary information needed and click to know if you have been admitted.
Presently, the hard copies of the merit list for each course have been pasted in its own department.
You can do yourself a favour by going to the school on Monday and check out in your prospective department if your name appearhed in the list. (That's all we have for admission updates this weekend)
