Recently, I started earning a little income with my digital project management and virtual admin assistant skills, on Upwork, and now comes a new prompt for Taxpayer identification on Upwork for freelancers to fill out a US W-8BEN certification form declaring that they are based outside the US, to avoid being charged a whooping 30% us Tax.
