[quote author=Mr2810 post=81180218]It’s surprising to know that your school issued you a CAS without seeing your original certificate because by their regulations the are required to sight the original before even giving you unconditional admission.

If I may advise and while you upload the copy for visa purposes that you speed up getting your original transcripts since your former school won’t reissue another certificate. This is for all purpose and intent.

Thanks but I submitted the original in a scanned manner, meaning I scanned it and sent to them via mail Including my other original documents. Which I’m sure they verified before issuing me admission after due processes (Interviews and a whole lot of other processes . (How else could it have been done when I’m not in Uk presently to submit it in person ) so I don’t quite understand your point.

Thanks for your response JAYVALLIA . Please when you say “write to my school explaining” pls do you mean my University here in Nigeria where i obtained my Degree or my Prospective UK University? Also no, I have not collected my transcript yet. I uploaded the image of my degree certificate to my prospective School before i got admission. So if I understand correctly, I can do that as well for Visa application and then when i get the statement of my degree from my uni, i can travel with that and present it to the school in UK . Thanks

Good day House, Please help me .i am applying soon for my study visa but I lost my original degree certificate just last week. It’s still doing me like a movie how it got lost. I’m so confused as what to do because I’ve researched and found out my Uni does not re-issue certificates . I have an image of it on my phone though. if i print it in color can it suffice? My degree certificate is stated in my CAS so its compulsory. And the original will be required i guess? I have so little time, what do i do?? My course starts this September. Thanks all and have a nice week
