What kind of visa bro

Guys pls correct me if am wrong, am a complete knovice on travel matters.
If I happen to get a tourist visa which I think will be much easier to get, while staying with a tourist visa, you can be looking for work right. If you happen to get a job within this tourist visa period, will it now be the responsibility of the company employing you to apply for work visa for you?.
Also can work visa be issued to someone except the company applies for the person.

Hello Guys,
I am a construction person with over 9 years of experience in the oil and gas industry here in Nigeria. Online I have seen alot of similar jobs in the UAE part of the world which i did applied, but I think it will difficult for them to accept someone like me who is not in UAE.
So I thought that moving there could offer me more opportunity for interview since I would be already in the UAE.
PLS KINDLY ADVICE ME ON HOW I COULD GET A VISA for Abu Dhabi, to enable me stay and find a better job there.
