This is 2024, I am trying to change from my old lifestyle. You know, New Year New Me . I want to get a permanent fix to it. I am tired of using all this sexual enhancers to have sex, I have reduced the Porn and Masturbation to a minimal level, it doesnt interest me again.
But the issue is I have lost my erections, i dont even have morning wood again. I usually have when I watch porn/Masturbate.

I am ashamed to talk about this with my peers, friends or family. If you can share what worked for you, Hospitals, Mixture, Exercise, Psychological, physiological etc. PLEASE HELP
