You Clearly Know Nothing About Respecting The Will Of The People - Falz Blasts Buhari

Nigerian singer, Falz has blasted President Buhari over his congratulatory message to Joe Biden as winner of the US Presidential election, IgbereTV reports.

President Buhari had in his congratulatory message said:

Reacting to this, Falz queried the President on who wrote the statement. The singer added that Buhari "clearly knows nothing about respecting the will of the people".

Why would a one time student's body odor be an invigilator's concern...Even if she has a strong body odor it shouldnt be said in such a ignominious manner well I don't blame the lady...No sexism here but I find females in official places acting all cocky and strict when it isn't needed its just a stinking insecurity so as to be seen as the boss(who gives a damn who rules??)
and I noticed that ladies themselves don't like female bosses for example I saw the way girls were happier with male invigilator around and feel down whenever a female one was posted to our class during an exams...that was so rude to be frank!!!

The rest of the world keep making giant strides. Breaking limits and limiting so-called "traditions." Trying to make a decent living for all regardless of how much diversity exists.

A truly free and inclusive society. While some other shïthole countries and their backward, stone age mentality inhabitants are stuck and hooked on the status quo. Largely due to cultural/religious Indoctrination. So-called "fundamentalists" "conservatives" and tradition lovers.

Such society is Nigeria where we would hail looting politicians because they're from our tribe but hate other people to the extent of extrajudicially killing a boy on dread driving a fast car with tattoos or stoning to death, two adults in love because they are of the same gender.

It's a shame humanity harbours people who prioritise tradition over progress.

Kudos New Zealand. This country restores the hope that religious and neo-cultural teachings and the prejudice it brings with it will die it's natural death as humanity continues to progress. One day.

Firstly, you are here talking about 'breaking limits of tradition' and New Zealand is under a passive monarchical dominance of Britain that still retains is 'traditional' monarchy but I don't think you seem to see it as 'tradition' because it is of the modern west...
Secondly you are here saying a 'truly free and and inclusive society' which is rather a 'liberalistic fantasy' because there is no society in this current world that is truly inclusive and free but its government policy might be drifting towards such but there is in fact no such society...do your research!!!!...you really seem myopic with this "So-called "fundamentalists" "conservatives" and tradition lovers" and also can you give me an example of a forward society..
Your third paragraph actually is actually true extra judicial killing no matter what the crime is devoid of common sense and also unconstitutional as it is against the doctrine of fair hearing I support you here...
Can you expatiate on this your strictly relative concept of 'tradition' and 'progress' ?
Sorry to say this but I guess you seem more like a white man's ass licker that sees everything a white man does as a sign of progress rather than rationally thinking for yourself without sentiment influenced by western ideas, culture, tradition and religion...

That is actually a bitter truth...but in Nigeria's case our politician are not in the morally right position to solely blame youth for their criminal activities(any thinking man knows this)...
Criminologist already made it clear that unemployment in the midst of other things contributes to crimes...
So just know this and be good!!!if those politician condemning this act are in those hoodlums position there are much tendencies that they will act similarly not because they are innately criminal but that the system and society leaves the masses with minimum choice of better leaving
And also if those hoodlums are the ones in the politician's position they will condemn those act because na so everybody they do na to dey judge we sabi na until dem nab thief in be thief but if u no nab am in be saint...everything na cruise...

Lagos is the richest and most developed state because it’s the commercial hub of Nigeria. It’s like that in every country see London in UK and New York in the US. It has been that way since the British were in charge here when Tinubu was still a baby. It’s mainly because of the vibrant private sector and commercial activity that comes with being a major port city and gateway to a country. Stop giving undue credit to people like Tinubu who only took advantage of this status to enrich themselves. Lagos should be a city on the same level as Dubai if our leaders were any good.
I am happy some people can still think logically in this country abeg. I know they are many they are only an endangered species

Of course, religion is synonymous with backwardness

To be honest i agree with the fact that religion engenders a lot of 'buts'
But based on your 'unfounded' claim then most nations in this world are not inherently 'forward' because all the so called Western world actively built there country in its most religious ages and you can check,Britain was at a religious war between Protestants and Catholic in the 16th to the 17th century and it was a world power then and also most the Western world modeled the various past and active laws based on religious rules so indirectly they are still influenced by religion just that 'it' does not revolve round their everyday lifes compared to Africans and Asians ...

Why we are backward is because they don't take it serious over there...their lives dont revolve around religion....

So whites are automatically 'forward' because there life's do not revolve around religious beliefs?? Ehn!!!

Politics / Re: Turn Back Family Members Who Bring Home Unaccounted Goods — Buhari by Inogettime: 2:59am On Oct 26, 2020
ExAngel007:
After a week-long #EndSARS protest, violence
had broken out leading to looting of public and
private properties across the country.

Garba Shehu, media aide to the president, in a
statement on Sunday, said the president has
urged the police and other security agencies to
restore calm and normalcy as quickly as possible.

“President Buhari said while his administration
is working hard through many pragmatic ways to
reduce the hardship of the millions of our
unemployed, poor citizens and those whose lives
have been thrown into disarray by the harsh
economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, he
warned that resort to widespread attacks and
the organised looting and plundering of public
and private property in many states are inimical
to public good and stand condemned,” the
statement read.

“A government that has launched a massive
crackdown on corruption, brought in strong laws
for a decisive battle against corruption, pursues
loot recovery at home and abroad, and taken
strong decisions against those who thought they
were above the law, will not fold its arms when
an otherwise legitimate and peaceful protest is
turning into free-for-all vandalism and looting.
“While the administration has, for its part,
blocked so many means of looting public money in
a war against corruption, it is the expectation
that all civil authorities, community and
religious leaders in the country must rise
against the organised looting and plunder we
are witnessing in parts of the country.

“Families must turn back children who bring
home unaccounted goods, in the same way wives
must ask their husbands to return looted items
brought home.”

The president said the incidents of vandalism
and looting do not reflect well on the country’s
image and should not be supported by reasonable
members of the society.

“What is more, is that criminal actions as we
have so far witnessed can weaken and erode the
confidence of our people and that of foreign
businesses in investing in the economy,” he was
quoted as saying.

“Looting and vandalism will hurt trade and
investment growth in our country, both large
and small industries, as well as our hardworking
people in the informal sectors of the economy.”

Violence escalated across the country after
soldiers opened fire on peaceful #EndSARS
protesters at the Lekki toll gate in Lagos on
October 20.

Buhari has come under criticism for not
mentioning the Lekki shooting in his speech to
address the protest, but the presidency insists
that “he had all along avoided going into a
debate about the Lekki toll-gate incidents until
all the facts are established.”

The president, however, appealed to the people
all over the country to maintain peace.

He also commended state governments that have
set up judicial panels to look into human rights
abuses by police officers.

If homosexuality is unnatural like CheGuevara102 claim it is. Then why hasn’t natural selection eradicated it from the gene pool?

Well,it is actually factual that science has proven otherwise that homosexuality is not has believed unnatural with the discovery that no one is born gay or straight,it will be difficult for someone whose Homophobia is based on cultural or social conditioning, Religious teaching and moral upbringing to suddenly subscribe to its naturalness because 'science says so'....so it might and will take time for Africans even many western folks to 'not' hate homosexuals... and they should please quit shoving it down people's throat and keep it to themselves...

I wonder. See! These youths aren't wise. If we must prosper as a nation, we have to all unite and agree what we need as a nation. This shouldn't just be endsars must an opportunity to repair our country.
First we must agree on the restructuring of this country cause the country is a MESS
Secondly, we must agree on devolution of power which means each region be given autonomy, with a weak central government. More like each region operating like a nation but under the same central government which would be weak and rather ceremonial.
Thirdly, we must agree on HUMAN RIGHTS. Which would be absolutely total. Right to life, to practice your religion which of course we would be saving the likes of Mubarak, right to expression as to repeal the heinous gay law which imprisons gays and give them their full right without being harassed in anyway, and also to protect girls who dress up in certain ways from being harassed and raped. We must AGREE to be tolerant of each other's tribe, religions (cause a lot of people hate the average Muslim. Not all of them are terrorists you know even though the miscreants amongst them should be dealt with), each other's sexuality (LEARN IT), etc. By so doing, we would have succeeded in conquering these politicians who use divide and rule to scatter us. Nigerians aren't wise.
This is a matter arising. Make a formal agreement to it and watch them fight with all their lives. Nigerians are so stupid. Their intolerance has made them stupid

Why are you so quick to tag Nigerians as backwards? and show me that society in this world that marches the proper standard of a 'forward' society...
Why tag the youth as unwise? thus leading to Nigerian's lack of prosperity when they are obviously not the one responsible for running the country's development policies and Laws...
And I wish you would back up your premises with reasonable and objective authority as you sound more like an open minded person...

So funny how some people are so quick to tag Nigerians and African as backwards when it comes to not subscribing to something of the western world which its self is not a cradle of liberalism as it in theory claims...It should not be a surprise that there are many western folks that dislike homosexuality but still come out to claim they do not care about homos or they wish to fight for LGBTQ right just to be perceived as liberal same way some claim they are not racist but they are in fact racist...

Firstly, tolerance to homosexualism is not a thing of being modern, exposed, libreral(as many think) as it has being a age long practice even in Africa and many countries.
And also people should quit tying Nigerians infrastructural retrogression to religion and morality but to being inherently corrupt with all sort of vices because almost all so called developed countries have once being extremely religious- take USA for example - US constitution obviously has substantial judeo-christain influence which did not stop it from being developed and Norway success as a country should not be tied to it being a liberal country because its legislature up till 2012 requires being a member of Church of Norway so a country's development has nothing to do with its moral ideas or religion.
And again I seriously would like to know the rights those LGBTQ people are fighting for because know one knows,no one needs to know who you Bleep indoors because ya first seen as human before anyone knows ya homo unless you tell...and you being perceived as human fore being seen as gay will afford you same right an hetero will enjoy and same suffering an hetero will suffer so why una they bitch??
