Travel / Re: Passengers Disrupt Dana Airline’s Operations Over Delay, Cancelation by intllass: 2:20am On Feb 15
Good thinking

nairalanda1:
Poor customer service, poor response to disaster.

What Dana should have done is lodged these people at a posh hotel for 2 days, while the plane is being fixed, at the airline's expense. Then drive the good people to the airport once flight is cleared for takeoff, and clear them quickly. Problem solved, and Dana air gets praised to the sky

Agriculture / Re: Do You Know, Pineapple Crown, Suckers, Leaves And Fruits Are All Money by intllass: 5:57am On Feb 12
Thank you for sharing. Do you export?

Sarsam:
Most people believe it's only pineapple fruit that we all consume is the only part of Pineapple that brings money in pineapple farming. But it is not , Pineapple suckers or slips is what you plant to bore pineapple fruits for sale ( income), after that new sets of suckers shootout to form another pineapple to bore new fruits or you sell the suckers or slips ( another income).
The crown and leaves can also be sold to textile industries as Fibres which serves as alternative to leather for clothes, shoes etc

The entire pineapple farming is money.
Venture in pineapple

Maclatunji, thanks for your comment! I'm single which makes things a bit easier than if I were moving with a family in tow. Yes, I'll definitely try not to throw money at situations when I get there. I appreciate the advice!

Godspeed Shy-One and take care moving back to Lag. I read that there was flooding in Lekki, Omole wasn't affected as much according to online news.

Why, Olizedo? Care to shed more light? I have at least three colleagues who have moved back and they seem to be doing well.

I dey greet o! Okay, here’s the situation, I’m planning on moving back to Naija in the next two years or so and welcome the best advice you can give anyone who has been away for a long while – yes, I intend to shine my eye! Lol I have visited over the years, more Lasgidi but not so much ABJ.  And I would have visited more often but those tickets can be expensive!!

So regarding employment, what’s your opinion on some of the best industries to work in at this point in time? Is it unreasonable to consider starting a business in either Lagos or ABJ? Any businesses one should consider or stay away from?

Thank you very much for any advice you can give!
