U dey mind that guy.If he is not a politician like i strongly believe he is,defending his own stupidity, then he is a very foolish nigerian who doesn't know his rights and he urgently need to be informed.
You are still talking here? Did you mean what you said in the other thread you can rent you wife out to service men for cash? Tell me you were joking?

@ Ola and Tensor

You're both partly right. . . .we can't depend solely on oil resources, but at the same time we must make optimal use of the oil resources to provide a head start for other sectors of the economy.

The two positions are not mutually exclusive. . . .we need both, not one or the other for Nigeria to achieve its true potential.

For those claiming if you are 'busy' you won't notice stealing, that is a misnomer. If you are struggling to run your small carpentry shop and are spending the bulk of your income on generators and petrol instead of getting steady power from the grid, you will be affected and complain about the stealing.
How much does this same carpenter man pay in taxes, why should he expect the govt to serve him dinner when he doesnt even pay light bills. Illegal connection of light everywhere and we all want to be on the national grid. Time for everyone to stand for what is right, dont expect much if you dont give much.

Both of u are just 2 whacked nigerian politicians or their errand boys that thinks wishes were horses, expecting a functional economy to be built on d platform of irresponsible and rogue government, seeing no need to stand upright and reason like a creature
Functional economy or not, I am chopping. You have to position yourself to benefit whether good or bad, and dont stand on other peoples rights to demand what is not yours. Hard work will set you free. Laziness kills.

angry Where else will we find desperate looking for money in Nigeria , people that will sell their mama and papa with wife and sister , brother for money
? After you wonder why white man leave control of Nigeria in the hand of some people and leave them outside like how we leave dog or goat outside house. Disgrace to Nigeria name all these things.
I cannot understand your incoherent vituperations, are you saying other parts of naija are saints or dont do crime abroad? Change your weed supplier, this quality is getting to your medulla.

when i was growing up as a kid, my father had a similar case like this. my father took the case to court and the case lasted for ten good years. we didn't pay any rent for that period and after ten years when the judgement came. we had already left few weeks before the judgement. grin
See the people that made landlords wicked!
That was in the old testament sha, these days the landlords dont lose, they get someone to answer your name in court and agree to pack on a certain date, then he gets the court order to throw you out. The day you will know you have been sued is the day police will come and thugs will be throwing your properties outside the gate.

IT SEEMS LIKE YOU PAPA NA ONE OF THOSE WICKED LAND LORDS THAT SERVERS TENANTS PREMATURE NOTICES. YOU ARE A CRETIN, WHAT TRUTH YOU WANT TO EXCAVATE FROM HIS MOUTH, WHEN YOU HARD HIM COMPLAINING OF YEARLY INCREAMENTS.

KNOW IT THAT I LIVE IN PUBLIC HOUSE, WHENEVER YOUR L-LORD START MAKING INCESSANT INCREAMENTS, ITS A SIMPLE WAY OF ASKING YOU TO PARK OUT
No need to yab the guy, I dont understand why people always get angry when lanlords increase rent. Iya Basira will increase akara price and you will chop, Baba Oluwafemi will increase beer money and you drink. Coming to you rent, if the landlord increases rents, na war be that. Why? You follow am build the house? You no sabi where they sell lands. Did the man force you into his house?
If any landlord annoy you, just pack, let him chop his house. To stay in somebody's house and annoy him is not good.
Keep the stones coming.

I wonder. Some of our peeps in their static mind thinks there are much attached to relationship than trust and understanding. If it's gonna take his wife being fucke-d for them to stay afloat, why not? It is better than stealing d public fund in nigeria.

If you will agree, I will be 'servicing' you wife every weekend and pay you good dollars while you hold the candle and watch my prowess and artistry. Deal?

Now dont be mad and understand me. I was trying to tell you that only lazy bones will go around screaming oil, oil, oil everywhere while expecting the govt to dole out free money to them while they sit their fanny on the ground and whine like spilt brats!
Stop screaming for once and look inwards, you will not have time to see if someone is chopping oil money or groundnut money if you are busy. Many folks in naija made their money far back (honest money) they went through hell but thank God they are back and chopping big.
We should stop asking for free everything while we contribute nothing, most of you dont pay tax, dont vote, dont volunteer for any free nation building event, all they see in their dreams is oil and free money. How many of you have any life plans not built on oil and the supposed wealth of Nigeria?
Please get busy and you will enjoy your life, thanks.

I feel bad whenever i hear issues like these.your landlord is ignorant of the law. Please go ahead with the court stuff as the case will drag on for the next 5yrs.The so-called landlord will come begging that i can assure u, Pls enjoy your free rent while it last!!!!!
Supposing the landlord storms your house while the case is in court and dumps all your kpale outside the gate with the help of thugs and rents the house, what will you do apart from fighting a losing battle in court. You may win but your reputation as a trouble making tenant will last you some decades.
I feel sick when people advise people to solve illegality with illegality. Poster, go and find out why he wants you to leave. It will be cheaper and safer in the long run

You need to check into a proper hospital so I can jolt your brain as supposed, in your retarded mind there are not up to 3 dialysis machines in Nigeria? And that amount approved by obj, serves us right since we only wanted to keep the dirty monopoly and not privatize the bleeding loser.

Smart words. Definitely the entire region is overdue for a people's revolution. Who is still harbouring the notorious kidnapper Osisi Ba Nkwu for instance?

And which region in naija doesnt need a revolution? Is SW less corrupt than SE, is North more prosperous than the east? Does Niger delta have more electricity than the east?
South east is growing steadily, only that you may be too far to see it.

Did the US get better because their children chose to run away and live in China while the country built itself? You are becoming a distraction.

Arrant nonesense! This writer knows next to nothing about the south east. At only ninth mile Enugu, we have Nigerian breweries, coca cola, 7up, guinness, sharon, aqua rapha etc. Emene Enugu has about twenty big companies including the only place indegnious cars are made, Innoson group. The south east has some of the best posh houses in Nigeria. Only enugu sef, have you been to independence layout, new haven and GRA.
Come and see things for yourself and stop the stupid and meaningless posts.

Your trying to paint in vivid pictures the way that school boy was suffering is not the right picture on the ground. We suffer here, but please, the sun has not gotten hotter just because we have bad leaders.
In my days in school, there was nothing like school buses conveying me to school, now there is for urban dwellers.
None of us had the priviledge to wear sandals, we walked barefooted on hot ground, now every child, no matter how poor, wears second hand sandals.
More schools are now nearer to our homes, our own days we trekked long distances.
Teachers could be owed six months wages then, now they are paid monthly.

All am sayng is that we are slowly improving, lets not focus only on the bad aspects. However, you are free to take your family to yankee, all of us cannot leave our fatherland at once. What are we running from? Lets vote right and insist our votes count, that is a first step at strenghtening our country.

I see a talent having a romance with the 'incubator'. You're good, no doubt about that. Practice is required to nudge you towards perfection. . . . . .did what?
The rustle of the palm fronds, I am sure, should contradict the silence; but you did not clearly write so. Again, you seem to be leaving out the commas and fullstops that should precede the closing quotes in the speeches. These are the major errors I've identified for now. However, they did not, in any way, invalidate the fact that you are talented. Goodluck to you.

Thank you for the kind comments, I wanted to finish telling the stories before going back to do the corrections, I dont know if that is the right thing to do? Thanks once again.
