HOW GARLIC IS USE TO TREAT DISEASES Garlic is capable of stimulating the human immune system response. At such, garlic is more effective when combine with other substances such as Clay, Charcoal, Lemon, Lime, Honey and herbs to fight against diseases. Kindly read carefully how garlic with other remedies heals all manner of diseases. God is a person of principles and as such follow and obey the Health Laws. When using the remedies, try as much as possible to follow the laws, regulations and principles under every disease. Remember the only way to cure disease is to find the cause, uproot it by changing your lifestyle which does not go with Health Laws. There is no medicine that can cure disease, but restoration power is only nature ruled by its laws. Anemia does not only mean shortage of blood as many explain it, but it occurs when the blood becomes impure and weak in life given cells (a blood condition in which there are a few red blood cells or the red blood cells are deficient in hemoglobin resulting in poor health). When one includes garlic in the diet for about 6 weeks, the impure blood will be cleansed, becoming pure, hemoglobin also is strengthened. Note that raw garlic, when eaten in excess too can cause Anemia; for this reason, use only 1 to 2 cloves of garlic a day in your meals. Oxygen purifies the blood; an anemic (someone suffering from anemia) should exercise a lot in active walking and breathing free exogenous air in an open area where trees are common. Also, drink more soya coffee and milk. ARTERIOSCLEROSIS (Hardening of Arteries): Cholesterol deposited in the arteries hinders blood flow as the heart beats to pump blood. This causes arteriosclerosis, hypertension and stroke. Too much meat eating, fats, pork, eggs, milk, too much palm oil in our diet, butter, cheese and milk are the factors to excess cholesterol in our body. Also, stimulant such as tea, coffee, tobacco, alcoholic drinks and hot pepper or spices in our diet also causes severe heart attack. Staying too long in air condition (artificial air) and closing glasses to allow good exogenous air from plants to purify the blood is our main problem In curing Arteriosclerosis, garlic, lemon and honey shrub comes in play. This mixture, if nicely prepared and combined with brown per leaf tea, is the best natural remedy for all cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, stroke, heart attacks and arteriosclerosis. 1. Get one bottle of pure honey, 2 to 3 bulbs of garlic (not cloves) and about 15 to 20 fruits of Lemon. Mix the honey with 2 cups of water in pot or any cooking utensils apart from aluminum utensils. Grind the garlic properly and add to the honey solution; then, squeeze all the lemon and add the juice to it. Bring it to boil with the fire (heat) very low for about 15 minutes. Allow it to cool down entirely before you put into any container you may choose. You can add sea water or sea salad when boiling. It can be kept in refrigerator. 2. Gather some brown dried pear (avocado) leaf. Grind and make it into powder form and prepare it as infusion the same way you prepare green pawpaw leaf tea. That is to say, dry the pear leaf (avocado) in the sun for about 3 days. Grind the leaf into powder form. Put teaspoonful of powder in a cup and pour hot boiling water over it; cover it for about 10 minutes; strain it and allow it to cool down. Then, put 3 tablespoon full of the syrup in (1) above into the pear tea. Drink these 3 times daily before meals. Note the tea should be half glassful. Watch out! HOW TO REDUCE GARLIC ODOR AFTER USE You would agree with me that many of people detest garlic odor and at such wont dare want to neither handle it nor eat it because of its offensive odor. This is one of the orientations that have aid weakening of our human organ. Knowing the nutritional value of Lemon and garlic in our body, I have decided to let the world know of it. The following are some of the steps that you can take to reduce or quench the offensive smell of garlic after eating or taking as medicine. 1. Do not chew garlic in the mouth (except you can cope with the burns). Always combine garlic with other vegetables to prepare stew or soups. Taking it in stew or soup reduces a bit of its odor. Salads with tomatoes can be added with garlic. Tomatoes are mentioned here as it is capable of reducing garlic and onion odors. 2. Put a slice of tomatoes in the mouth after eating food prepared with garlic (or after having chewed). Tomatoes are capable of reducing odors of both garlic and onion. It is advisable for cooks to chop (cut in pieces) garlic and onions before chopping tomatoes to free fingers from garlic odors. 3. You can rinse your mouth with Lemon juice or lemon paste to give you sweet breath after using garlic (sap little of lemon juice through the throat into stomach). 4. You can use Parsley leaf to reduce garlic odor. Parsley leaf is a widely cultivated plant of the Carrot family with small compound leaf. So, use Parsley leaf in meals prepared with garlic. 5. You could also add Charcoal powder to your toothpaste in brushing your teeth. Washing your mouth with Charcoal can easily quench that offensive smell of garlic and onions. The Ancient world uses charcoal for teeth cleansing. Point to Notes 1. Heat destroys garlic nutrient. At such, don’t over-heat (too much heat) garlic in soup or stew. Grounded garlic can be added to stew or soup when almost done cooking. 2. Garlic sold in pills, tablets or capsule forms and powder cannot be equated to raw garlic. Garlic prepared in these forms sometimes do not have odor as the raw ones; thus I feel it lacks Allicin as a result of been processed. I am not against these forms of garlic preparation as some manufacturers still have ways of retaining these odors without the garlic losing its valuable nutrients. Yet those who eat with their minds but not with their eyes would like all things in its natural forms. I feel it is of no use to buy orange and pineapple juice put in a bottle, stores in shops whereas there are plenty of fresh oranges and pineapples in the market.
