Problems with upload documents

Pls there was a time we were sent an email to check why our eligibility status was NO and that we should correct the errors using the modify data.
After effecting the necessary changes I decided to use the opportunity to replace the previously uploaded call-up letter with my NYSC certificate.
In the process of doing that,i discovered that I needed to delete all the uploaded documents and re-upload them again with the NYSC certificate.After doing that I found out all the documents were uploaded successful except one of my o level certificates. I tried doing the same thing several times but still no difference.I check my admission status page and to my surprise it showed that I have uploaded 15 documents and all other documents displayed except that same o level certificate.Although I didn't pay the 1000 naira,i hope it won't be an issue at the clearance point.
