Please can somebody explain the modality of selecting the applicants called to partake in the on-going screening and interview in port harcourt.

An applicant found out on monday that the interview date for Delta and Rivers state applicnats was tuesday 14th september 2010. he decided to travel to P.H. on the same day but got in very late.

To his surprise, his name was on the list but he was not invited.
After much wahala, they apologized and allowed him to partake in the interview around 8.p.m(night),

My question is for those who were not called and there names were on the list, what happens?

It is amazing that after an executive order was given by you to ensure that the screened and selected beneficiaries of the DESOPADEC overseas scholarship scheme are all paid the award, the selected itsekiri scholars(22 in number) for overseas post graduate studies are still battling the Director of Finance (DESOPADEC) for the release of funds.


It would be highly appreciated if the officer here can be called to order or better still, the Governor should advise the beneficiaries on the way forward.

Are there any big ladies out there?

Big ladies in the house,  warm greetings to you.

Thank God for serious minded people manning the affairs here,  the schoalrship scheme for itsekiri scholars was a success(20 foreign scholarships awarded to first class graduates and funds released), thanks to the director of finance, legal, education and the new committee. UDUAGHAN pls these guys are the right brains on board.

Finally, after much ado about the website not functioning, NDDC has decided to open the online application site to the public.
I hope they will announce the value of the scholarship to enable us know how much will be disbursed or misappropriated,
