Today is a really sad day, I've been sacked from my work of just a month. I work as an Executive Assistant at a financial institution in Abuja. It was not an easy role in the sense that the boss I was working was really hard to work with. He doesn't explain well what he wants you to do and when you ask for clarity he gets angry over any little thing. He talks down on me every given opportunity he has and doesn't care how you feel about his choice of words to you.
This is a role that I had little experience and there was no training before the start of the job. I feel down and useless because my parents started respecting me owing to the fact that I stayed at home for almost 7 months looking for a job before I got this one. I just wish I'll get something to do for the main time because I've been getting depressed for a long time now.
Incase God uses you to help me, I can work as an Administrative Officer or an assistant, or even as a cashier at a business enterprise.

As a pastor's child it's killing, the unrealistic expectations set for you by your parents and church members telling you what to do and not to do... It's very annoying. You can't go to some places, can't talk or hangout with certain guys. It's really choking, I always wish I wasn't born into a pastor's family to be honest.

You probably had parents that can help you with a job, please do not mis-use the opportunity and do not take it for granted.

Good morning. In less than four months I'll be preparing to go for my NYSC service but there's a problem. I reside in Abuja with my parents and they are all this holy art thou parents not letting us socialize with outside guys so I'm being told to come serve in Abuja because they will help me do the connection to find work there when I'm done with my service there but on my own part I don't want to go there cause what's the use of going for NYSC when you are still gonna stay with ur parents, I want to explore to a far away state far from them.
