as a responsible breeder if you notice one of your dog is as any health problem or dwarfism you stop breeding. That why pedigree has traceable lineage if one of the the fore father is dwarf then they can be issue. Infact a breeder breeding a dwarf dog is at risk. He will lose his certificate if possible he might be arrested.

Buying a pup of 100k and d pup turns to dwarf is a total scam from the breeder download the bank app you will see all your transaction history. Talk to the seller about the pup condition and post screenshot here.
You can't expect me to buy dog worth 100k+ and d dog is not solid I'm arresting the breeder.

I bought the boerboel I was reselling it for 30k it has same problem with the OP dogs, he aint eating wanted to let it go for 30k I had a rethink people will be careless about this dog. I tried my possible best On it I bullymax the dog sold it to one man in Aba state and the dog is doing fine.
