Honestly I have this crazy flu that doesn't want to go away but reading your posts always brings a smile to my face and makes me feel a bit better sis. Unfortunately I discovered Bade a little too late I tried watching it but I can't understand what's going on. I am also low on the Christmas spirit maybe once I start making some ginger beer and cookies I will feel it more. We are also starting our Christmas shopping early this year because of the nightmarez in the shopping malls . So why shout at her over every small mistake? As a man learn to ignore some things, don't be petty. Some men are so feminish. Do hide and seek with your wife, sing poems for your wife in the garden or inside the house, even
if she is teasing you. Assist her in the house chores, pound yam/cassava
(fufu), fetch water, don't just be commanding her everyday. Bath together with her, wake her up for prayers, swim with her if it's available, cook together, teach her how to cook if she doesn't know it. Cooking is not the ticket to Paradise. It's not only a feminine duty.
Use blind folds to cover her eyes and tickle her, scare her at times, call her from work/ school, text her, write "I love you" in a small note and put it under her pillow or in her purse or in her bathroom or in her cosmetics box or inside her cupboard. Kiss her always, cuddle her, pamper her
and play with her hair. Always tell her, she's beautiful and that you're
happy to have her as your partner.
All these are part of being romantic. When a woman tells you that you are not romantic. It means you are not doing all these things, its not the romance in the bedroom she is talking about. That's why, you brothers have to study "women's language" it's a 10 year course. Lol.
Now sisters, it's also part of your duty to be romantic too. Shyness doesn't mean you should be shy to express your love for your husband.
Send sweet text to your husband at work/school, sometimes even if you are in the room discussing with your husband, still be chatting with him on
social media (Facebook, Whatsapp, Viber, Imo, etc) even though he is right in front of you, it's fun! You should be chatting wit your
husband, not other men on social media networks.
Buy flowers for him. When eating, give him the biggest meat. At times,
bake cake for him to surprise him. Sisters, use your soft voice to sing for him, be creative, a poem like (twinkle, twinkle lovely spouse, how I wonder what you are, up above my world so high, like a diamond in my heart). Sing poems for him, no shyness there. One day, when your husband
has gone to work, quickly clean the house and do the chores, cook his
favourite dish, arrange it in the dining table, clean the cleanable and dust the dustable. Wow! That's what being romantic is about, in fact his love for you will increase.
Don't just be welcoming your husband with an angry face because there is no money in the house,God is our provider. Don't welcome your husband with your body smelling maggi, don't only play with your

I hope God keeps you and your family safe this Christmas season . I watched the episode were Pratap passed away and it was very sad for me I think I cried so much my tears are flowing in the Zambezi River by now. I don't think Sugna and Pratap made love (Though I could be wrong) but I do believe they shared some intimate moments remember when Gehenna found that love bite on Sugna's neck? Pratap and Sugna were the most compatible couple on that show I really am gonna miss them. Anyway there is a new sapiens starting on the 23/11 I think it is replacing Parichay I will check it out and give you some feed back.

My heart was racing. I had come to the bridge of no return. All that stood between us was the lonely staircase leading to the hotel room and a huge steel door. I felt a bag of cement fasten to my legs, and yet it felt like a feather whenever I changed my mind to flee the hotel, and would suddenly transform to a bag of cement when I turned to face the lonely staircase. O God! Help me!
He had said to me, "You are going to make love to me tonight, and I will be waiting!" The certainty in his voice still baffled me. Why did he think he owned me and could make me do his biddings. I revolted, but this thing called love is certainly a mystery!
Love make me lift my cemented legs on the first stairs. And subsequently, I dragged my feet up the staircase. It became heavier as I approached the door and my breathing sounded like I had been in a 12 round bout with Mike Tyson. Then, I knocked on the door...
I stopped.

What started off as a platonic relationship soon became a problem that I cannot solve till date.... After our first meeting, I couldn't wait to see Alhaji again and again. I was endeared to him, the way he talked, his soft response. The way he handled issues,. I found myself lusting after an older man... and I couldn't help it. Then one day it happened... Alhaji offered me raw diamond for raw sex! I was very mad at him. Why would he ask me for sex? He knew I was married. He told me that he respects that fact. He told me that it was fine if we remained friends. He told me that he would meet my husband someday..... I got home very confused andangry. I knew I liked Alhaji but I wasn't sure that I was,willing to cheat on my husband but the price was tempting... Raw diamond! I gave it a huge thought. My husband must have been cheating on me too.
I told Tricia and Rosie and they encouraged me to do it. I would be a fool if I missed that life time opportunity and so,I did! I slept with Alhaji in exchange for raw diamond! Today, I'm HIV positive. I discovered this a few months after I slept with Alhaji. Life has turned upside down for me and I wish I listened to my husband. I feel very terrible because I am on my anti retroviral drugs and my husband doesn't know a thing. These days, he has become very loving and caring and has promised to stop the job and come back home since had gathered enough and could establish here so as to be close to his family...
What do I do? How can I tell my husband that I cheated on him with an older man whom I contracted the deadly virus from? How can I tell him that I am on ARVs?
How can I tell him that I continued with the friends he asked me to desist from? This is surely the end of the road for me....

Lessons: Never see your free time as an opportunity to mingle especially with those that are not in the same line with you but see it as an opportunity to invest in your life by learning a new thing or being empowered.
2.Never assume that your spouse's advice to avoid some set of friends is a way of being jealous or depriving you of mixing up. They may know better and believe me, your spouse wouldn't want your destruction so whatever they advise is always the best for you especially when you yourself feel its genuineness within...don't be carried away easily...
3.Self control is the key...
