He was shot by a civil defence official. He insisted that he was going to pass through a military, Police n Civil defence combined road block. He insisted that he is the SSGs brother in Kogi state.

He assaulted one of the officer before he was shot dead.

In another words , you are yet to get an appointment letter . because you appointment letter (employment letter) should detail your salary and emolument .
And the letter should state the condition of service .

Help, I just got a job but my employer told me I will be put on a 3-month probation before being fully taken as a staff.
meanwhile I will only be given an allowance during the course of the probation and my full induction as a staff will depend on my performance.

If you like the job , then take it. The point I don't understand is the allowance stuff.
