Celebrities / Re: Helen Paul: Hijab Is A Head Covering, Not A Religion, Islam Is Religion Of Peace by jamaleefoods: 10:36pm On Jun 07, 2018 |
WotzupNG:islam is a religion of peace. That is sure. The world has benefited from islam in so many ways. The first country to start wearing suit and also the first country to start calculating mathematics is a muslim country and the country is Egypt. Egyptians started wearing suit before the copycat western countries and mathematics also started from Egypt. That is why they always say civilization started in Africa and it will also end in Africa. Now tell me; which country in the world does not wear suit and which country in the world does not calculate mathematics in their institutions, both primary, secondary, and tertiary? What majority of you Christians dont know is too much, most of you are Bench Warmers in Church, you dont read your Holy Bible very well, you only read the pages or verses your Religious Leaders ask you to read. Most of you dont know the grassroot of your religion. Now tell me, when Jesus Christ was preaching to people then, which religion does he say he is practising? Or which religion does he say he bring to you people to be practising. Because in our side, Prophet Mohameed(SAW) said he brought Islam to us to be practising. If you dont know, the meaning of Christian is the people of Christ as Ghana people are called Ghanian, Nigeria people are Nigerian, America people are called American, Spain people are called Spanish. I will like to see your reply or comment soon. |
Business / Re: Does Hard Work Equal Success ?.. Come In, Let Discuss by jamaleefoods: 8:15am On May 05, 2018 |
[quote] Most Nigerians are really hardworking, we are not waiting for oil money.. Is there a connection between HARD WORK and INCOME.. Like More Work = More Income When someone ask "What's the secret to success".. Everybody will immediately scream 'hard work, work hard, hard work, work hard'... My Question; is hard work just the secret to success or there are more to it.. let discuss.. Mature minds only.[/quote Hard work only is not enough for someone to make success. Working hard and working smart in the right direction will. If you take a look at successful business people in the world, you will discover that these people work hard and smart in the right direction. I am talking of successful business people like Bill Gates, Aliko Dangote, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija, Oprah Winfrey, Asa Candler, Colonel Sanders, Larry Page, Mark Zuckerberg, Oluwaseun Osewa, Dr. Mike Adenuga, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, Dr. Innocent Chukwuma, Femi Otedola, et al. |

Politics / Re: Nigerians Accept I’m Doing My Best – Buhari by jamaleefoods: 8:54am On Jan 17, 2018 |
GavelSlam:I do not think you know what you are sayin at all. Jonathan left petroleum price at N86 per litre and within two and years of Buhari administration, petroleum price turned to N200 per litre; difference of N114. It is too much. Despite the inflation of fuel price, Nigeria Labor Congress(NLC) cannot declare strike because the Labor Leader had been bribed by the APCs and that is why Buhari was threatened workers with sack letter who go on strike. Please, does this cheat happened during PDP administration? My answer is a resounding NO. When Jonathan removed subsidy on January 1st, 2012 NLC declared a general strike and the issue was resolved then. I am not siding any political party because I am not a politician and I do not intend to be one. But the truth of the matter must be told. The present APC administration should not be saying that PDP has detroyed so many things by embezzling money. Federal government of Nigeria has money and enough money to cater for our needs be it education, food, security, shelter, et al. Federal government earn revenue through many means; tax from private companies and private primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, income from petroleum products, income from importation and exportation industry, income from electricity, income from Nigeria Television Authority (NTA), income from Radio Nigeria, et al. So let us think and have a re-think. 1 Like |
Business / Re: Dangote To Open $41 Million Cement Factory In Liberia by jamaleefoods: 7:42am On Jan 12, 2018 |
ofuonyebi:Guy, what is your problem with this man? Which company is the highest employer of labor in Nigeria? Is it not Dangote? Okay, what of Aare Akande that has over 400 companies around the world and has non in Nigeria( his home country )? He even has over 100 companies in the United States of America and he has non in Ibadan( his home city )? Leave this Dangote and let us face the reality of life. Someone has commented on this thread that when Dangote was busy building his future, our career fathers was enjoying their salaries. To say the truth, there is an atom of truth in that statement. Our career fathers include Engineers, Lawyers, Acconutant, Builders, Geologists, et al. And if you do not know, Dangote is among the lowest paid CEOs in Nigeria along side with Mike Adenuga, Femi Otedola, Cosmos Maduka, Folorunso Alakija, et al. Despite that these self made billionaires are the lowest paid CEOs in Nigeria, they are still richer than the Managers and they top the list of the richest people in Nigeria, in Africa, and they are amon the richest people in the world. Why? The reason is because they built mega business empires that contribute to the growth of their country and their companies were quoted on the stock exchange market. And these Managers that received fat pay cheque every month are not among the richest people in Nigeria not to talk of Africa and the world at large. Let us face the reality of life! Enough said. |
