hi people, please advice. i have been to the uk now twice on family visits and on the 2nd time overstayed fr 2yrs and met a british citizen wiv which am just back home now(nigeria) to get married wiv. my 2 previous application were decption (passports and documents) nd i had my fingerprint taken once but i wana come clean now for tha sake of my fiancee nd unborn child will i be ban for 10 years if i apply for a settlement visa.cheers
