Are you still waiting for IQAS?

Hello please can you submit electronic transcript to CES or they must also receive physical copies of the transcript from your school? Frateful if anyone knows the answer can respond

Please has anyone here tried to do an ECA using IQAS? They keep saying their daily limit of applications for immigration purposes has been reached. Also, if not IQAS, can anyone confirm if CES or ICAS equates an LL.B to a professional degree. Thank you in advance
