Please people help is needed with.
I am so vexed and frustrated right now.

On 3 of June, I needed to make some transactions and I tried using GTB's *737# platform but it wasn't going so I opted for quickteller via the internet. I made 3 transactions, the first two to different banks got credited but the last, to a GTB account, the sum of 20k transferred to my mom even though I got debited with a successful transaction message, she never got credited but instead got a message that I initiated a 20k transfer to her.
She went to the bank and was told it was not credited.
So on 7 June, I went to the bank to lodge a complaint. Ever since then, I have been visiting two different GTB branches at least twice every week and all I keep hearing is wait after 3 days.

5 - 8 working days since 3 of June? Till now nothing has been done about it.

Now I was told to wait again, I can't wait any further unless there won't be an end to this.
I am fed up. I had to send her another one then and since, it has affected my finances, leaving me financially handicap right now.
Please what else can be done?
