i dont really know why the most corrupt citizen is always celebrated despite all the massive fraud he perpetrated during his regime.FYI,the total generated is not totally remitted to the federation account. NIGERIA Customs Service rakes more than 7 (seven) oil generating states in the country and this guy deem it fit to stay for 6yrs.Now with the new president,time is up for him,despite boasting that nobody can remove him.time will tell |
