Travel / Re: Canada Visit/tourist Visa Discussion. by jericho2006: 5:44am On Mar 29, 2019
In the same day that you post this --where you admit in falsifying your age on an application-- you post in the US visa officer thread that you have NO IDEA why you might have been denied a visa. You are a liar and have already been found out. Give up on both US and Canada.

inspector1:
Good morning guys, please I need your warm advise. I was denial a USA tourist visa in 2016 along with my wife. The agent that assisted me with the tavelling process urge me to reduced the DOB in my int passport which I did from 1986 to 1982 in other to have a better chance of getting the USA visa then. But I was denied the visa eventually base on lack of travel history. Now I discovered that my parent who who is a regular visitor in Canada had once include my normal data into their application when they applied then.
Now that i intended to apply for Canada tourist visa, I was advised to correct the int.passport DOB to normal in other to be in this same page with what my parents wrote in their application then.
Now my question is, Do I ve to indicate in my canada application that I was denied by USA? If yes, i hope they won't cross-check the information which might bring out the discrepancy in my DOB?
Hope it won't led to mispresentatiion which might warrant ban?
Please ur swift response is needed.... THANKS

No visa officer believes these stories about complications. No sensible person travels at such an advanced stage of pregnancy unless they are hoping for a medical emergency. The bottom line is that you couldn't pay your bills, and now your ability to fund your international travel and comport yourself correctly are sorely in doubt.

olamie:

1. About the complication I had, my cervix was opening and I was cramping and bleeding heavily. I was taken to the hospital with an ambulance. I have fully paid the ambulance fee ($3,600). The doctor gave me a letter stating that I was not fit to fly back to prevent having the baby on the plane. I was barely 5 months. I was bedridden till I had the baby.

2. I was not planning to have my baby there, it was an unfortunate incident. I won't have traveled 4 months before my actual delivery date if I had plans of delivering there.

3 & 4. The insurance was obtained during an Open enrolment period, the emergency event triggered the approval of the insurance. Oyinbo's won't cut corner or bend rules when it comes to such.

It is well o. I will take whatever happens in good faith.

Thanks for your response.

As for documents, make sure you have:
*all correspondence with the hospital and doctors
*all the billing they gave you, including the breakdown of services and charges
*copies of the flight tickets you purchased and the boarding passes for the airplane
*receipts from the hotel you stayed in and if you rented a car
*a notarized letter from your pastor saying that are a lady of honor and strong faith

Collect all these and organize them neatly in a binder.
Then go to trash heap and throw them all away, because you are never going to get a visa ever again.

olamie:

Hi everyone. Please I need your urgent thoughts on this.

I traveled to the US while I was 4-5 months pregnant and landed at the hospital on emergency due to complications - I have the doctor's report to prove that i was not fit to fly back to Nigeria.

The intention was to visit my dad who lost his wife earlier that year (That was my second visit on that visa).

I was enrolled for a private insurance (USA) in October 2017, and got approved in November 2018. The premiums for the 3 months were paid in full.

Unfortunately, baby came at 29 weeks, earlier than usual due to complications. Insurance handled the major part of the bill and the balance of my bill was taken care of by the hospital through Charity care (Not government funded according to the hospital).

Now, I applied to renew my visa via dropbox and I have been asked to appear for an interview.

Should I be worried? I have non-indebtedness letter and zero balance statement, also the insurance premium receipts are available.

What other documents can I take along with me?

Hi guys. I was recently issued a B1/B2 visa 1 year multiple entry to the US. This was for a training program in Texas. However, my ticket POE is Washington since am headed to Maryland. Can i get an invitation letter from someone in Maryland and use as my reason for entry into the US, or was the reason for visa issuance entered into the system. In which case the Port officer will know that i have changed my reason. Please advice me. I am confused. And to be honest, i don't intend to come back. I dey go na to hustle.
