Hello everyone! Please I want to ask how long issuance of passport at Festac office usually take. I've captured since September 27th.

I went to Festac NIS Office today to collect my passport (renewal) but was told to come back after Christmas break, I captured on 23rd of September but my twin brother which was a fresh applicant we captured on same day got his passport today, which was issued 12th December.
