nurez305: Hi nurez305, sorry for the inconvenience. Checks done show your line had data bonus from the data bundle you activated, data bonus from the MYMTNAPP you downloaded. The charges was made from the data bundle bonus you had first and it has expired, same with 500MB data bonus you received from the MYMTNAPP download. The reason is because, the Internet charges can only be done from one bonus before another. |
