Yeah, bro. I'm saying he should follow his instructions and ignore the drugs listed above by Nairalanders. Nairalanders may have good intentions, but many of us aren't doctors and even the really knowledgeable ones may not know his current level or other conditions the OP might have or what his life goals are (for example, a large percentage of testosterone drugs inhibit sperm production and should be avoided if the patients intends to have kids). Therefore, only an expert who has seen his blood work and who had had a one-on-one with him is in a position to prescribe drugs.

Hope he gets better.

Lab scientist arent doctors either. They just run tests. Taking prescription from them is just you being nonchalant with your life, What if whats causing the low testosterone is because of a tumor compressing the pituitary gland. You will just be taking steroids that will raise the testosterone levels but you are dieing small small. Finding the root cause is always the first step before commencing any treatment

One of the best drugs in the shave of pharmaceutical stores that will definitely help to improve your Testosterone is proviron tablet I have used it on many patients and it turns out positive. I think it can be of help to you. Good luck.

Do you know the cause of the low testosterone that you are already giving prescription? Is that how you do things where ever you work. You just treat symptoms without knowledge of whats causing it

FSH means a test that checks your hormone profile.

First, a drop in hormone levels in the youth is usually a byproduct of prolonged exposure to stressful living.

Most young Nigerians now are prone to this.

Secondly, too much alcohol consumption can lead to a drop in hormone levels.
Also, poor sleep patterns.

To treat it, it's best to work with a good Urologist.
There are good drugs to treat it but there are caveats.
The doctor needs to administer the medication to the right levels, commensurate to your age.
Too much could make you prone to cancer or dementia as you get older.

Best of luck.

How is FSH a test oga?

Na follicle stimulating hormone you dey call test for hormone profile

I have spent money trying to treath it. I want testimonies of people that succeeded in treathing it and are back to their normal self and how they went about it

Thanks in advance

First thing first find out the cause of the low testosterone. Is the problem coming from your pituitary gland or somewhere else that will determine how its will be treated. Go to a hospital so you can be properly accessed.

I already tried sending to him via DHL...it has gotten to Canada but for close to a week now, no update no feedback. They requested for clarification on the drug because I initially stated that they were supplements. I have responded to them even attached a document which he used in getting the drugs free here in Nigeria before he traveled, still no update. We don't now if it will be delivered to him or rejected. Or is there another menas of sending it?

Why did you state them as supplements though? Just state stuff exactly as they are if it's rejected no wahala. It's better that way now you have raised a red flag and they will have to investigate deeper and possibly take the drugs for testing and all that. Very true. The only thing they did well was Zuko and Iroh storylines. Every other storyline was just rushed. The acting was generally inconsistent, dialogue was a pain and most of the cast lack chemistry.

Agreed!

grin grin grin grin bro, how can you compare the CGI of a 2010 version to a 2023 remake with a better budget, that's not a legit comparison in any way

it was still a massive improvement no? And again there are only two live adaptations of the avatar so comparison isn't out of place. And it's not like I did a detailed nitpicking comparison, I gave a clear reason as to why I felt they did better in terms of CGI. As I lost faith in anybody portraying bending in live action but they did it well. It's that simple nothing deep about it.

But I feel we are digressing I want us to go back to your point of why we shouldn't compare movies of the same source materials because they weren't made by the same people grin grin grin

You just proved my point, you're using the movie as a yard stick for this and you say massive improvement like it's the same people that made this

Simple question was the CGI a massive improvement or no grin grin grin

So if a new say Star wars movie is made by different people and I compare its CGI with the old ones I am somehow wrong to do so because the same people didn't make them grin grin grin.

Bro, why wont there be so much expectations They had the biggest budget after One Piece, a bigger budget than Game of Thrones, The Last of Us (which is also a live action adaptation winning awards already), One Piece (another live action that hasn't even finished their animation). They had the best vfx team in the world but they decided to use writers who are not even part of the fandom. It is wack as a standalone series, I never compared it with the animation, I compared it with One Piece and The Last of Us! Can you just admit it's not with those series in any way shape or form.

the problem with you guy is comparing this mess to the bigger mess called the movie that must not be named. Shymalan has set the bar so low that you guys will acknowledge mediocrity. Wow

Lol you just made my point going into it with too much expectations after seeing what the movie was is just setting yourself up for disappointment. It's just the truth! There were already so many things going against it and budget isn't always a solid yardstick we all saw the rings of power with all their massive budget. We all heard the stories of the original showrunners leaving, the changes they made to the characters, given the fact its a live action adaptation which have been shit for years only recently are we getting good ones and all that. These should give you pause to be like ok this might not be that great. But no you ran enter looking for the next GOT grin grin grin.

Yes I will compare it with the other live action adaptation because guess what they are the only live adaptations made so far. Yes, they set the bar so low and these guys did very well in terms of CGI and I acknowledge it. If pikin do well it's good to say ha you did well but you can do better which was the whole point of what I said. if you feel otherwise that's fine for me the CGI was a massive improvement!

Maybe you've not been watching a lot of good series or movies lately. I'm a hardcore fan of ATLA and I can't even finish an episode without dosing off. I downloading the whole One Piece series and watched everything in one sitting without feeling bored a bit.
Aang's storyline was just so flat- Aang is 12 years old bro 12 years!! and he doesn't even have fun throughout the show wtf!! He doesn't even have the space to make bad decisions.
Maybe the reason I hate it is because I'm not a regular movie viewer, but When watching movies or shows, I tend to watch their eyes and facial expressions, you can always tell when one is trying to remember a script and when they're not. Look at the acting of Meryl Streep or even the young actors of Stranger Things, you can definitely tell those actors can truly act and treat the Source material with respect. I think the Casting Director thought more about the appearance than the actual talent for this show tbh.
A -3/10 for me. Can't wait for the Animation show - the true representation of ATLA

How will you go into a live action adaptation with so much expectations. I believe that's where your problem comes from.

If you had gone into it not expecting much you would have left with a feeling of they tried but still alot more improvements to be made.

To be fair alot of the storyline were rushed, if not all, I think the only one which they tried to really fleshed out a bit was Zukko's storyline and maybe Aang.

But that's to be expected in a live action especially one where the initial showrunner weren't part of it. Going into it expecting alot is just setting yourself up for disappointment. They will hardly ever capture the same charm of the animation that's just the truth.

Also the numbers of episodes were too small. If you haven't watched the animated version you won't buy any of the emotional attachment in this series well except again Zukko and Iroh.

I went into it not expecting anything, and it was ok. The visuals were a massive improvement from the movie. I thought it would be impossible to ever portray bending in live action but they did it well. There's alot of room for improvements that's for sure but I am looking forward to where they take it in season 2.

Politics / Re: Nine Months After Subsidy Removal, Where Are The Palliatives As Promised? by jikins(m): 2:46pm On Feb 10

Where are the palliatives that were promised after the thoughtless removal of fuel subsidies?

1. The N35k cash rewards to workers?

2. The CNG buses. N100 billion was said to have been earmarked for the purchase of CNG buses. Where are the buses, and where is the money?

3. The student loans that were expected to begin in January 2024, we are now in February, and students have yet to receive the loans.

4. N25k social safety net to be shared to 15 million households

5. What about the N75 billion earmarked for the strengthening of the manufacturing sector so as to increase its capacity to expand and create good-paying jobs between July 2023 and March 2024?

6. What about the N1 trillion saved from fuel subsidy removal, which was to be reinvested into the education sector and loans?

I was telling someone on here that the money they are calming we will save from subsidy removal, we will never see it. Its better subsidy remains at least we can see that 1. But they were like no country can develop with subsidy. Oya na shey the country don develop the develop?

Even Kotlin and Rust still have slow adoption, it's hard to jump ship unless you're talking about as a developer but as a business, that's expensive with no business value. They could just keep optimizing node

Well, switching to Rust is steeper if you don't know the language. Bun js is still very similar to NodeJS adoption will be easier because it still supports almost everything node supports but with added benefits here and there. If Bun comes of age and completely delivers on its promises there won't be any reason not to use it. When its just node but with added benefits.

Also, NodeJS has its own team that keeps optimizing it so it's not like it has been abandoned. I remember seeing one of their new updates a few weeks after Bun js was announced which made Node faster than before. So it's still actively being worked on.
Programming / Re: Bun.js: Is It The Future? by jikins(m): 9:14am On Jan 29
Deicide:
switching wouldn't take more than 10 minutes though

well this largely depends on the number of times you used core node features that bun doesn't have but which they have alternatives to. Also depends on how its hosted, it could take a lot more than 10 minutes.
Programming / Re: Bun.js: Is It The Future? by jikins(m): 10:09pm On Jan 27
qtguru:

Would you switch something, when you already have a business running on node and making money, there is no cost benefit for switching as a business, unless you're one of those coders who like to switch for the sake of something new.

Well no one mentioned switching now. Op just said bun looks promising and that's the truth. It has very cool features and its not just a runtime its so much more. Obviously, a business should not switch to bun now because it still has issues here and there which is very understandable for something new. It's something to keep an eye on and maybe access later on the pros and cons for that specific business.

Its something new we as developers can give a trial on our own test projects just to test out all the hype and also see the developer's experience. nothing wrong in having a discussion about it which is what the op was asking for and not for everyone to switch now.

I thought I was the only one, Watched the final episode yesterday and it left quite a sour aftertaste.

Of course they decide to give 65 million dollar's to the guy who was clueless about money and real life problem's to share and he was throwing away millions up & down. Don't even get me started on the fact that he took nothing for himself 😂

Who the hell does that? even billionaire's want to make more money whether they actually need it or not, and some guy barely scrapping by on an army pension decides all he needs is a bus pass to continue wandering about aimlessly and a toothbrush😆 What a joke....

The person who came up with that "you do not mess with the special investigators" line needs to be beaten thoroughly, anytime I heard that s**t it felt like I was watching some kiddie show on Nickelodeon.

Or Reacher telling Neagley how smart she was for the one hundredth time, heck that final scene when she was telling him how much of a good friend he was I already knew he was going to quip back with "not nearly enough".

Poor dialogue all round. Or the corny sex lines between Reacher and Dixon, pent-up aggressions? Needing more than a minute to finish?

Not to take anything away from Serinda Swan
( I have been a fan since I watched her play Zatanna on Smallville age's ago ) But her whole relationship/Chemistry with Reacher felt a bit forced. While Roscoe and Reacher didn't need all of that and still ended up feeling more natural.

Season 1 setting simply just worked fine and had this Banshee series spinoff vibes to it, Which was actually a good thing. Put Reacher back in Margrave handling cases and kicking a** with Finley and Roscoe and it would have been so much better than this second season.

Reacher Season Two - 5.2/10.

Preach man preach! Reacher and Dixon ship was so cringe I started forwarding all their nonsense.

One ridiculous scene I can't forget out of the many was when the biker gang pulled up. Instead of just shooting Reacher and co to bits and driving off in a sec. They instead chose to fist fight. Just so reacher can get the upper hand.

Or when Dixon and the other girl walked out in the open to shoot at someone firing an automatic weapon. Of course nothing happened to the special investigators grin grin grin

The series was just shit, I don't rate series but I'd say your 5.2 is you being generous.

So far it's more of a kid show so don't go in with too much expectations. I personally like it, but it can easily not be the show for you and that's ok. My recommendation just watch the first 2 episode and make up your mind if its for you or not.

I didn't expect it to be to like exceptional but not sub-par.

I am still trying to figure out what made S1 so good and this so shit. Is it the actors? The writing? I might have to rewatch s1 to get a better picture or maybe It too wasn't that great and I was just blinded by a shinny new series.

But damn S2 is just too bad if they cancel this show after this I will be all for it.

You know why people don't take this your opinion serious? Its because you just say it as if that's the only reasons when there are many other reasons this movie is flopping. Saying a movie flops because of superhero fatigue only is just you being short sighted when a couple of superhero movies have been successful this year alone.
