Hi, I am keen follower of NL and have always strongly held back from making any suggestions here as i live in London but i think i am moved by your story and will stop holding back. Get a good lawyer and go to court. Marriage certificate or not, the next of kin do a dead man is his wife unless there is an express Will to the contrary.
