You must be armed with documentation to proof that your spouse is living in the UK and has permit to stay. Sure the UK immigration will drill you. So have with you, marriage certificate or proof of relationship. Phone number of spouse in case they need to call her. Her house address, where she is working etc. Also be ready to answer questions about the relationship as was filled in your visa application. Sure you can buy a one way ticket. Just be claim and look direct into their eye and answer their questions. For your third question, visit to find out yourself.

Thank you so much, u r the best

Hi Ekpotek,

You are doing a great job sir
I got questions to ask, for non EU who got eea 6 months permit in Nigeria travelling to UK to settle with his wife however, to avoid immigration problem;

1)Do I need a return ticket to show to immigration?
2)What are the likely questions that will be asked by the immigration?
3) what should I expect being the first time travelling to UK.

Thanks so much.

Good evening everyone, I have applied for eea family permit residence card in UK about 4 weeks ago. My husband is Irish and we got some very important things to do in Ireland.
- do I need a visa to visit Ireland since my husband is Irish and we r travelling together?
- will UK immigration release my passport since my residence card is not out yet and will the act not affect my application.

Sure you can renew the family permit as long as your EEA spouse is still in the UK. All you need is the same document you used in the first application and explain in a cover letter the reasons behind your return to Nigeria. In any case the Family permit either to join/accompany spouse is just 6 months. Next time you enter the UK apply for the 5 years UK EEA resident card which will be issued to you within 6 months.
Thank you for ur prompt response however, I got another question to ask which goes thus;
assuming I apply for 5yrs UK resident card which u said ll take up to 6 month, what if I want to travel out of UK before that 6 months period, Is it possible to request for a pass from immigration?

Hi everyone,
I v been following this thread for sometime now, I need an advice as regards my situation right now
I met my EU spouse about 3 yrs now and got married last yr
I applied for eea family permit and was given 6 months eea family permit meanwhile I stated in my application that I was going to join my spouse but cos of some circumstances and I need to tidy up somethings at my place of work, the permit has expired after using it once.
My questions are;
-Can I renew my eea family permit?
-won't their be any problem while renewing cos I stated before that I would join my spouse and ll it not question how genuine our relationship is.
-will the issue of this brexit not affect the benefit of non eea applying for family permit.

This is a Big lie, ,no Dr Ilesanmi at OAU health center, no outbreak of anything and mind you that you want to write something on ur page does not mean u should be peddling wrong information around.
though u might be right about a slight increase in numbers of pple having these symptoms but everything is under control.

Hi everyone,
My questiona are to apply for a residence 5yrs card as a family member of EEA;
how long does residence card take to be out?
do I have to stay put in UK throughout this period or I'm allowed to travel?
Is it possible for me to travel out of UK even if my card is not out yet?

If you're referring to EEA family permit issued to Non-EEA family member by UKBC, sure you can renew it. All you need to do is apply with same documentation. My advise when next you are back in the UK, apply for UK 5 year residence card. It is issued within six month.

Thank you so much for ur prompt response, Is it possible for me to apply for the residence card and come back to Nigeria or will my passport be taken from me and will have to stay in UK for this 6months period? will appreciate ur response..

[quote author=Clone2020 post=42944432]Hear that woman screaming Jesus as if the snake is the devil. The snake was looking for its next meal and these people are acting hysterical. Hahaha I can't stop laughing.
This reminds me of the snake that swallowed a whole goat last week. There's a good chance this dog was being curious poking the snake or trying to play with it before being paralyzed by venom. It's going to die a slow and painful death if the venom isn't removed

constrictors like pytons are nonvenomous

Health / Re: OMG, How Unprofessional?! Molested By Male Doctor Who Fondled Her Boobs?!! by johnwick1: 7:43am On Feb 07, 2016
U better go back in 7 days, if I were to be the doctor, I would v had a chaperone with me probably a female one. He needs to examine ur nipples for deformity and discharge.
You closed ur eyes, the doctor will be feeling what's wrong with this one I mean, if I wr to be the doctor I would v done the same thing after seeing several breast that day.
Ur judgement was clouded based on the fact that he's a young doctor maybe handsome too, which makes ur nipples to stand.
The doctor made a mistake by not having a chaperone around.
my advise go back and if u r not comfortable with the doctor, u can request for another. Thanks.
