To send your transcript to WES you must first make payment as that is only when you get a reference number which is the acceptable identifier for documents sent to WES. So bear in mind that you will have to send that transcript again after you make payment. To answer your question, so long as your initial evaluation is still in progress, you can write to WES if you need to add another certificate for evaluation and it will be added and evaluated without an additional fee, but once the initial evaluation has been completed, you will have to pay for the second doc. to be evaluated. My issue is that my brother doesnt have, and I'm wondering if we can have one done for him at national population commission, so we can use for the application? Great news! Prior to sending his certificate did his account show "certificate pending"? After they accepted can you tell us what his account looks like? You should have used hellofax. My cousin got his certificate yesterday and sent it via hello fax. They acknowledged receipt today.(1) (of 1 pages)
