Such guy will push and pull you till you loose your self-esteem completely. You actually need someone that'll support and make you feel okay with that cause there is no such cure for that. Forget what people are suggestting, there is no cure only that you wont talk every night; it may only happen when you're stressed up during the day.

Another cure for sleep talking... Participate in heavy exercises or activities before you go to bed...i.e. walking, jogging, washing, make your you drain your energy before going to bed... By doing this, you entire body requires much rest and the strength to sleep talk would dissipate...Do this and you will be fine...You will never sleep talk any night you do this.

I know how it feels cus it happens to me, You are not alone in this dear. joliyp I don't think there's anyway to stop it tho, just be open and honest with your boyfriend if he truly cares about you, it shouldnt be a big deal
