Good day everyone, I recently got married this year to my wife, she's an African American, a citizen of America, she's about to file form i-130 for a spousal visa but my only reservation is the large age gap between is, she's 61 and I'm 30, she's 31 years older than me, do you think this would be a barrier at the embassy? We have proves of everything, pictures, money transfers, wedding certificate, engagement pictures, wedding pictures, pictures with friends and family, flight tickets, hotel reservations, reciept of payments together... Its just d age

Hello, I got married this year to my wife, she's 31 years older than me, she's a black American citizen, she's about to file for me, do you think I stand a chance considering the fact that she's 31 years older? I'm 30 and she's 61

There is NO ban, they still issue immigrant VISA.

There is a ban on all immigrant visas on nigerians, they only issue non-immigrant visas

Since the immigrant visa is not an option right now (The ban might still be lifted, very possible)! If you want the B visa,Work on your home ties! You have no reason to come back, you have a wife with a job,a home to stay, you even said you will get married again, nothing much to return back to! No VO will approve your visiting visa under these circumstances! Do you have travel history?

I have no travelling history

Hello house, I'm married to an American citizen, she is a black American, she came to Nigeria and we did our wedding and we have all our marriage certificates, we planned doing the immigrant visa but due to the ban on Nigerians we decide to do the B-2 visa which I will have to visit her, actually, we plan to do another wedding there in Los Angeles and our honeymoon in bahamas.

She plans to send me an invitation letter, she's sponsoring everything, my flight, my housing, my feeding, everything, she works and earns about 70k USD.

Pls what are my chances of getting the visa? I don't have any money of my own in my account and I'm not working, I only do business and I'm a pastor, my church and my business are not registered, what are my chances?

I planned going after this whole corona thing is over

I need answers pls

No chance right now as no visa application, immigrant or non immigrantt, is going on in any of the US embassies in Nigeria. Flights also spotty everywhere. How will you travel to the USA?

You will tell VO that you have no money, no business, no job, nothing... Guy, don't do this to all of us.

This may be construed as economic migration opportunity.

Like I said, I'm not planning on going there now, I have a business but not registered

Please house I have a question, I don't have any money in my account but my sponsor has about 5 million in his account, although he is not a relatively, won't they request for my account balance or is my sponsor's account statement enough?
Travel / Re: General South Africa Visa Enquiries by Jolomik: 10:34pm On Jul 05, 2019
1. At least 1million
2.no your age doesn't affect visa application
3.You are applying for study visa not critical skill hence it will not affect .
4. You pay fees when you arrive South Africa.
5. General hospital or airport .
6.No it was abolished ,you will not pay .
7 for visa application you do flight itinerary without paying but once you have visa you book return and pay.

Thank u sir

Hello house,I got admission to study national diploma in sport management at university of joburg and university of Johannesburg,I'm 28 years and I'm to resume January 2020,my questions are as follows.

1:How much should I have in my sponsor account for a year diploma course?
2:Will I be refused visa based on my age as (28) years for a diploma not even bsc.
3:National diploma in sport management is not a critical skill, won't it affect my visa, although it was civil engineering I applied to before but I was rejected ?
4:is it compulsory I pay the tuition fees?
5:where do I get my yello fever vaccination ?
6:must I pay for repatriation at the embassy?
7:do I need a round ticket for a study visa?
