Dear VO,
My wife and son are on the to follow and i am the main applicant for F4 visa and i have been in the US since 2017 as they were not able to accompany my at the time. Anyway they went for there interview on Jan 31th, which the vo told them everything is okay, but requested for additional document and to there submit passport through DHL, which they did on Feb 12, there ceac status showed administrative Processing for 02,03 while mine 01 show Issued at that moment.. On march 15th they were asked to pick up there passport, but there was no visa and there status changed and remained at ready, while mine has been changing and the last update was on 6th and status show administrative processing up till date. Have email the lagosiv twice and have got no respond. Please advice on what to do.

Kindly advice on this situation. I am the main Applicant for F4 Iv visa, with my wife and son are on follow to join list. My son lives overseas and he has marriage of inconvenience with a Canadian lady, but didn't work out as he got scammed. My question, is he still eligible to follow to join for the f4 visa? Please advice.
