Nah you don't have to wait another 28 days. You can use same bank statement for your visa application so far it's still within 31days after you printed it.

I want to ask my References for a Reference Letter as most UK universities ask that one should upload it at the point of applying. But I will like to ask Honourable Members of this domain with adequate experience if it is acceptable to submit a Generic Reference letter that doesn't state the university I'm applying to or any course I'm applying for as I am spreading my tentacles by applying for 2-3 courses in several Universities because of time deadline issue especially as most of them respond late anyway.

I'm just trying to boost my chances of getting early Yes from many applications. I've applied to 7 so far, no response.

You don't need to upload anything. Just the details of the referees including official email, phone number, organisation, etc. Also they should've known you for at least 3years (if I'm not mistaken)

Your CAS contains your start and end date, etc, so you should defer before CAS, considering all other factors.
The school should even advise you to defer to the next intake available if they feel you can't meet up with visa. Some schools will literally "force" you into deferring. With your start date being so close, you might likely get deferred or advised to. Communicate with the school on a regular basis to see if you can get CAS this week, I recently got Visa decision from Ikeja tls within 2weeks.

1. Yes there's top up program and something like pre-masters. But some schools also accept 3rd class, lots of them have been mentioned on this thread. A strong Statement of Purpose will also go a long way.

3. There are lots of schools in the UK that accept Waec, NECO, English proficiency letter from undergraduate school, etc in place of IELTS. In the UK you're allowed to work for 20hours/week max with your student Visa. After completing your program, you can apply for PSW if you're eligible.

5. Lots of schools are filled up for September already but there are still some schools that are open. So yeah I would say it's still feasible.
If you have your documents and money ready, I'd advise you just begin the process immediately and keep your fingers crossed.

The English proficiency replaced the WAEC for your course/school. The English proficiency test exemption should be used instead of the Waec.
Since it wasn’t an issue with the school, then it shouldn't be an issue for Visa app.

1. I have gotten a job, changed location and updated my CV since the time I applied to the school. Should I use the updated CV and new address when applying for Visa or the one I used in applying for admission.

2. I have a relative In the UK now plan on staying with but as at last year in my pre CAS checks I stated I was going to stay in the school Hostel but I have now changed plans. When filling the visa application, what should I answer in "do you know where you would stay?" and "will you stay with you realative ?" giving that I earlier said I would stay in hostel.

3. I have decrepenances in name spelling on my passport and undergraduate cert (I already have affidavit regarding that). Please how do I go about my application without having issues ?

CV may not be necessary for Visa application, mainly the employment letter, pay slip, reference letter. You'll need it to get admission at first though

If you have a big study gap, you may still be required to submit them. So why not make them available for upload rather than wait for NSF to waste your time?

You need to make haste, especially if your start date is close. But be very careful with what you fill so that they don't ask you to refill thereby wasting your time.

IMO It's still fine if there's no transaction within the 28days period. But if it's your account (self funding), I would advise you make at least 1 deposit and 1 withdrawal, preferably closer to the end date of the bank statement. This makes them see that you have access to the account and it's not an arranged fund.

Yeah you can. You can also print the exact 28 days (which ended the Saturday before) on Monday if you want to be particular about the 28days. But it doesn't matter, "at least" means 28days or more
So long as the end date on the bank statement is not up to 31days before the day you submit it for your application, you're good

1. 28 days include weekends, so yeah you can still print on the 28th day being on a Saturday. Note that you can still print statement above 28days but it may not necessary. I printed 2months bank statement.
2. No guarantee. So far I've seen people get CAS within 24hours to 2weeks (10working days) maybe, after you've met all requirements for CAS. Some schools can just be unnecessarily slow and difficult

When printing your bank statement, just avoid dates where large sum deposits are made if you can't explain how.
If you're self-funding, yeah you have to show proof like employment letter, CV, pay slips, business registration, etc. If you're being sponsored, then the letter stating that from your sponsor which must be your parent or spouse.

I got a unexpectedly call 2days ago via phone phone call and it lasted for 10mins and I was asked why I haven’t paid my 3000 deposit, and if i like ulster, why did I choose ulster, do I have another offer from other schools? Which I answered all and she was impressed and I was asked if I have any questions which I asked them if I can get the payment plans after the deposit. Which they later send to me 8mins after the call/ conversation. To my surprise the payment for ulster isn’t nice at all
