You sound like an undergraduate Applicant.... If so, yes you can secure an admission with such result. Though, you would have to justify what you've been doing since you last left high school until now and why you want to further your studies in Canada given the high cost and difficulty of undertaking a foreign education as well as why you should be given the privilege (VISA) as an exceptional applicant to study in Canada etc.

Window 1 a lady in her late 20cs. Named Amanda.
Me: Good morning ma'am
V.o: (no reply) pass Me you passport please

Me: pre- engineering on associate
V.o: why this course

V.o: ( gave me a big smile) so you graduated from secondary school in 2013
