It's in grace deletion period, I'm sure Netsol still sends you mails for the renewal of that domain, which they naturally do for every domain owner. So if I were you, I'll stop at nothing in getting that name renewed. Good thing it's not even up to month yet. Log on to your account on Netsol or click on any of the renewal links relating to the domain in your mail and follow the procedure. I've never had to redeem a name, so I can say for certain how it would pan out, but I'm optimistic you'll get it back. Hope it ends in praise. Goodluck man

Congrats.. It's depends on the amount it's sold for vis-a-vis the cost of redeeming it. If it still puts you in profit, then proceed to redeeming it ASAP and request for the auth code immediately, request for the auth code from your account and then put a call across to them so they expedite action.

The idea of having contact them through Facebook for external domains to be added is a turn off for me.

My first two sales were from tweaks of what people sold and reported here. Let's quit the self deceit of not getting inspired by sales reported here, but the discussions. I am telling you that glo is the most abused network and highly blacklisted. There are many sites, at times, glo will never open, just put it on proxy, it will. Even recently, my old glo opened porkbun during their promo but new one am using not at all. I have to open ticket here and there and chatted with their rep, until I found out it was I. P problem. Did outbound last week and sold the name after one month of purchase. The domain is less than 60days.

Communication is supposed to be a two-way thing, if you fail to understand what they've sent you, you have the right to reply saying you do not understand what they imply by "could you please let me know what details you need in order to push the domain name", cos honestly I don't either.
