it is easier if you have a trusted person in Canada who can apply for the GCMS notes on your behalf. It cost just 5 Canadian dollars. But, must be someone you trust as it would involve you sharing your application ID and UCI with that person. However, you can also apply for it yourself.
I would have named some third party sites but not sure if that is allowed here. Go on Google and type "
GCMS Notes" As you scroll, you would see different 3rd party providers. Use any one of them also, you would be required to fill a consent form and sign with blue ink.

Secondly, looks like i see the problem; $2,500 for 15 days for husband and wife inclusive of accommodation in Toronto might not be sufficient. This is because Toronto is very expensive including the housing market. That may work in some other cheaper province. Lets do some quick math's. An average of $2500/15days = 167 Canadian per day for two adults and when we further divide this by husband and wife given 83 dollars per adult. Now bearing in mind, you would have to pay for transportation and some of these tourist attractions the couples would love to explore. I am also guessing this $2,500 also includes accommodation and if that is the case, then looks like we are seeing the officers concern.

NB: For tourist visa, there is no specific amount outlined by IRCC. Proof of funds depends on your duration of visit and the place of destination. Make sure the amount you quote as available for your stay covers adequately your trip putting into consideration your feeding, transport, entertainment expense and accommodation. I don't live in Toronto, would have advised on an estimate to work with but you can find out from someone who lives there or you do the research.

Finally, don't limit your trip to just one tourist site for a whole 15days. Try to check other interesting places to see. YouTube is your friend. Then redraft a detailed itinery in your next application.

I hope this helps.

Thank you for those detailed and well-tailored analysis. l appreciate all the informations shared and will act accordingly.

Most grateful 🙏.

The husband is the main applicant, while wife's account statement is used.
Did your husband submit is statement too?

Thanks for your response,
No, husband doesn't submit his bank statement. Only his employment letter was included in the application.

The main applicant asset and finances are insufficient as stated,it means the husband is not too good on that maybe next time the wife should be the main applicant. Also what are the ties home since you are going as a fmly.

Thanks for your response.

The wife's booming business and husband professional job is the home ties used.

Please note that wife's account carries husband's Surname.

Husband account wasn't robust for the VV requirements cos it's a salary account and all sort of pof was avoided hence reason wife's account was used.

So you are smarter than the migration officer that refused them and his or her decision was bassed on Asset and insufficient fund ,as you say you did not see any iasues qith their finances, except the OP is not telling us the true picture of things.

The wife's statement of account is carrying the husband Surname. Anyone that needs honest views of experience people here shouldn't hide anything. No documents was forged to avoid misrepresentation not to ruin future applications.

Thanks.

Sorry, about the temporary delay on your application. The information on IRCC official correspondence is generic. You wont be able to make any informed meaning from it. Let them apply for GCMS notes to see if they would be more specific on their reasons. However, CV of husband and wife looks good. May i ask, there is a section of the application where it is requested to state "Amount available for your stay" How much was filled there?.

Secondly, what was declared as the main purpose of visit and in what province ( was someone planning to host them)? Hopefully, the GCMS notes would be more specific.

On the surface, i don't see any issue with their finances but there might be need for them to evaluate what they filled in their application.

Thanks so much for your robust responses...

How can one apply for GCMS notes?

2500cad was filled as amount for the duration of 15days stay in Canada.

Christmas holiday at Niagara fall was stated as main purpose of visiting Canada.

No one is planning to host them.
