Car Talk / Re: Female Lagbus Driver by Jtoby: 11:25am On Nov 16, 2012 |
For all you opposing guys getting it twisted... you guys should read well and do the math... Female Lagbus mass transit driver in Nigeria (in Lagos, considering the crazy driving). In what way is it comparable to lorry, cab or the edo state bus drivers..?? Believe it or not, Lagbus is the largest passenger transit transportation that a lady is Driving in NIGERIA (not referring to anyother counrty) right now. Lagbus/Brt carrys upto 90passengers; for me, a lady bold enough to do that in Nigeria is the first, and it's new.. That's my point. |
Car Talk / Female Lagbus Driver by Jtoby: 10:02am On Nov 14, 2012 |
Guys, i and other guys at the bus stand were all stunt to witness this life and direct. Finally women are starting to break the traditional bias. We first though she was only moving the bus, but surprisingly she actually drove us from berger to TBS. Now, i've travelled to most states in Nigeria, and i must say it's astonishing coz she is the first female public mass transit driver i've seen live and direct plying the road of Lagos considering the crazy driving we have here. I've been in her bus and she drives real good. Not only that, she's a graduate and LOVEs what she does. Is this a result of NO Jobs or Passion...? 1 Like

roqchiq: Thanks, i've come to the understanding that not every fingers are equal, hence i dont expect any everyone to accept the initiative with a positive mind set, infact i expect to get more negative critic considering that some nigerians are still too backward to see recognize something good. You have a solid point regarding security, we've also considered that but u can't rule out the fact that there would be more conscious restrictions with a male around or even another female. Pls i'll like to talk further on the security tips, how do i contact you? my email id is adetobi@hotmail.com, you could send me your number so we can talk. |

Webmasters / Empty Server: ! by Jtoby: 2:39pm On Dec 03, 2008 |
Hi guys, I have an 250GB server that I'm about to put up live on-line but i don't know what exactly i could put on-line that could be informative and educating at the same time. Yes i might charge but only a very tiny token to maintain somethings but my charges would be more volume dependent, so what can i put on-line that would drive traffic to my site. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks. |
